OMFG one of the best pokemon pics of all time xD Magikarp is the worst pokemon of all time because he cant do any attacks and the only way to level him is to sub him out at the beginning of every fight to share exp with the other pokemon that actually fights. But if you deal with that headache he turns into the best water pokemon of all time which is the joke that they were making.
  9. Today is day 30 of p90x for me. Scale hasn't changed but I look and feel better.
  10. I'm starting week 3 .. I have everything .. and I can say the dumbbells are way more challenging.
  11. I use 2 lipton teabags in the coffee maker with the 3rd one in the coffee pot so it gets extra strong when it gets there. then I half and half it with water and add 2 cups of sugar. Bitch please... nom nom nom.
  12. First time I did it I went from 250 to 170 in 50 something days before all my workout partners quit so I think it's a very attainable goal. I wanna get down to 170 and build back up to 185 in muscle if I can. on a 5'10 frame shouldn't be too out of the question.
  13. Started another round of P90x monday .. will post pic results when done. Starting weight 220 .. goal 185 even.

I was proud of myself in highschool I could do 110 .. which was awkward for me as the year prior I could only do 40 my max on a bench was 180, then I finish my freshman year and im putting up 270. This is with no diet, no extra work , and only about 10 lbs of weight gain. I cannot recall so many people accusing anyone of steroids as much as I was accused other than maybe barry bonds.
  15. Whatever I please normally.. just try to eat 3 meals a day and make one of them include water as the drink and I always load up on water before and after my workout.
  16. Just started back on P90x Lost 50 lbs the first time I did it.. Already dropped 6 off during the 1st week.

  21. I can't wait to see that game then .. it should be either a shootout or a nitty gritty fight for field position.

I dunno it all depends on what your defense is good at defending .. we have been focusing on screen passes and deep balls here lately. emory and henry screens ,bubble screens , smokes and slips .. they seem to be getting great yardage .. along with a new type of wildcat we call the hammer where we actually have a passing threat back there in bruce ellington.
