Stopped reading after the first page, because it was painfully obvious no of the haters had watched the video/interview. Tepper is an asset. Not sure why anyone feels the need to rehash the past. When you're stuck in the past, you can't move forward. Teppeer has learned a lot, and is empowering his football staff the be the best, and do their best work. He isn't meddling, he is staying on the same page with them, and encouraging them, and adding suggestions where they might be needed.

It HAS been ridiculous! I remember before the CAP started going up, how the masses were so happy that there would be more money to spend on players. The reality is the players just get paid more. The gap between the elite players and non elite just becomes greater.

I've been saying this for at least 2 months now. Of all franchises and fan bases open to smaller players being great, we are the example. Anyways, while I have hope of him bring great, I just want him to be successful, and he certainly has what it takes to be successful.

Just because it hasn't been done before, doesn't mean it can't. It's my opinion the the NFL doesn't give a fug how big or strong you are, it can and will break the strongest. He could have a great career, but you're willing to pass on a potential HOF'er.

I believe Young's potential, is HOF.
