I don't believe you have to have a true stud receiver to win a Championship. Today's elite offenses SD the ball around anyways. Would I love another stud in the receiver room? Absolutely. We can still win with what we have.

Our depth chart at receiver, is EXTREMELY fluid. It'll be interesting how it sorts itself our during the season.

Our starting secondary is a strong suit, as long as they are all on the field. Say what you want about Horn and Jackson, but any team would be in trouble if they lost both their starting corners.

Andy tops that entire list. Facts.

I fuging hate the bullshit around Cam. Evidently ya can't say anything negative without hating. And even them it's the teams fault. fug that stupid narrative. When we drafted Cam, I was excited, because of his potential to be one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game. While Cam was a great athlete, and a force on the field, he failed to live up to even moderate expectations from myself. This all the while wanting him to be the best. That's not a hater, that is a supporter, and one that doesn't sit here way too long down this stupid broken road, still wearing Cam colored glasses.

If they can create a consistently strong pass rush, the backend doesn't have to elite. Nit saying we can't use more talent and CB, but I don't see any starting quality CBs laying around.

Young is officially the starting QB.

Predict Team Captains!!! Will Bryce be one his rookie year?
pantherclaw replied to DennisM1's topic in Carolina Panthers
Part of being a Captain, is having the battle experience. Not college battle experience. Not OTA battle experience, Actual NFL Regular season battle experience. I realize it's a players vote, and it wouldn't surprise me to see him voted, but he honestly shouldn't. -

If Corral is still on this team at any point where he'd be the main backup, then our coach would have done him a great disservice. -
So our sister team is getting a new stadium?

Sister team? Rolls my eyes. -
He is grasping the offense as quick as they are installing it. No point not to start him. I wanna seem him play.

No argument from me. The best of the best, for our guys!

So easy to paint it that way. The first thing he did was make the stadium be an actual venue for other events other than football. Saybwhat you want, but that helps pay for operational costs and maintenance of the stadium. Having both professional soccer and football being played on the same field makes natural grass not an option, as the grass field just can't stand up to that kind of use/abuse. This is why our field went from being one of the best in the league, to one of the worst. While I hate artificial turf, I understand why the decision had to be made. So until there is a separate soccer stadium, I don't believe natural grass is even going to be a viable option.

At this point in time, who feels like we lost this trade?

Total agreement. This kid is special. -

I don't know how anybody can see this as a loss. We made a trade to control our destiny in the draft, and secure our Franchise QB. We did that. Mission accomplished. The cost of doing it, was absolutely acceptable. -
Another week gone. Glad to good news continues as it should in thenoff season. Definitely excited for this staff and our players. I can't say that I have ever been this excite for our staff overall.

Have to wait for that.

The number over true elite defensive ends have steady dwindled over the last 2 decades. I really don't care about the consistent underrated that Burns seems to get here. He is a pass rushing specialist, and is quite good at he. He's going to get paid. Period. That's how the NFL works. Simple laws of supply versus demands. This is also why I don't get hung up on contracts, because they are all overpaid. God Bless.

Wouldn't develop it all... Lol

Oh I get it. Believe me I do. I've been on both sizes of this. In the city, on 2 acres, now neither city, nor acres. At least I'm at the end if a dead end road. I think I'd like 10-20 acres. But a an acre has to.be my truck shop and parking. And I would develop it all. One definitely needs to have a passion for it. Not for everyone.
