Look at the WRs in recent drafts around 19
pantherclaw replied to Basbear's topic in Carolina Panthers
I really really dobt care if they drsft another receiver in the first. If he's BPA, YOU DO IT! Whether of not you like Bryce, the team needs playmaker. Better to have them regardless whom is the QB. Can't believe I'm reading we shouldn't draft offensive playmaker because of Bryce. I understand you dont like him, but openly rooting for him to fail is horrible. -
Canales doesn't sound all the way sold on Bryce

As long as this perspective remains, yes. -

Name the percentage of IT'S that take that kind of control of the offense in year 1. ... in year 2.... in year 3....ever. Modern NFL fans have no clue. Every modern QB is rushed onto the field to take advantage of their rookie contract. This doesn't change that fact that it takes 3 years for that to happen normally, without any set backs. By the way, you guys that want to keep labeling me as a Bryce defender...your weak ass poo doesn't bother me. It's obvious that y'all are biased. Once again. Have a blessed Easter. -

I enjoy being truthful. Although that means being unbiased. Which most on here are incapable of being unbiased. -

The natural progression of ANY QB is to take more control of the offense. Which is all Dave said. He doesn't have a narrative to push. He is says what is the natural thing to say in this situation whether it's Bryce, or any other QB. THE THREAD TITLE ALONE TWISTS THE NARRATIVE. so yes, many of you refuse to acknowledge anything other than your screwed perspective, for whatever reason, when it comes to Bryce. Y'all have a great Easter. -
I'm a 4-3 guy. I just dont see this team switching to a 4-3. Refuse to lie to myself.

He literally said he loves Bruce, and expects him to improve. Of course if he doesn't hell be replaced...but Coach gave his full support. You are twisting the narrative to fit your perspective. -

He's literally saying Byrce needs to take hmthe next step in this offense. The context was he was asked what Bryce needs to work on next for his evolution. You guys will twist anything to support your narrative. -

It's fairly obvious, ya lose a FA RB, ya bring another in.

Really? Seems you're over thinking this.

Tight End: The Need is Bigger than We Think
pantherclaw replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would argue that the need for a GOOD, PRODUCTIVE TE will do more for this offense than another receiver at this point. -
The fan's perspective.

If this statement was true, he wouldn't be here. -

He is the face of this franchise whether you care to admit it or not. -

Nijam was never the solution, even before he retired. You dont march a career backup out there to be your starting LT to protect your franchise -

Him and his agent weren't going to get the money they were asking, so the best option at that point is a short, prove in contract, that he can show the league he is worth a better long term contract. That is a win win for both camps.
