Bryce is elite at [PFF designated "big time"] throws
pantherclaw replied to TN05's topic in Carolina Panthers
I love football. I've watched my entire life. Watched a lot of prolific passes since the 80's. The number I've seen with what I would consider, cannons, that were also what I would consider accurate enough to be considered elite in my book, are few and far between. In fact, the most accurate deep ball throwers didn't have cannons. The QB's that have won the most superbowls in the history of the game, dont have cannons either. The GOAT, regardless whether you consider that Brady or Montana, didn't have a cannon at all. Their deep throws we're much more accurate though. Hell of a perception the masses have been painting on the huddle, since Young has been drafted, which doesn't jive with the history of the game. -

Well, The OP actually provided the stats. While inknow how people are about PFF, he at least provided them in his post. Where are the stats that you are speaking of? -

Calling me names now? Sweet. -
Yeah, players of his talent rarely switch teams, and regardless of his current deal, he will get new money. Hard to find young, "proven" pass rushers that the same team has a chance of acquiring. We can keep drafting pass rushers, but the ones that make an immediate impact are few and between.

When there are as many teams needing his services?
-
Need a proven pass rusher, that isn't on a rookie contract. Spin that however you want to.

fug your lazy ass perspective. It's beyond old. We lost to the saints because our online played like poo. Give credit to the saints defense. Oh, and the refs suck ass, although inrefuse to blame the refs for any loss. -

BREAKING NEWS: Trevin Wallace out for the year
pantherclaw replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
His presence was known on every play. I'm not going to argue with you on this. I've seen every game. Our linebacker play has quietly surprised me from my own low expectations from the beginning of the year. I know it's easy to miss the great linebacker play our franchise has been spoiled with most of our existence. I certainly miss it too. I just don't expect to be able to find linebackers like that easily. They're still out there. I'll certainly be watching to see what Dan does this off season to improve the group. Dont be so hard on our guys, they have all played better than most have expected. They're just not elite. Continuing to point that out, doesn't change anything. -
I would be surprised, not shocked, if Crosby didn't demand new money with any move to a new team. He would most likely get new guaranteed/bonus money regardless whether his current contract remains, or gets extended.

This is exactly why we continue to field a pass rushing attack that fails to shows any consistency.

BREAKING NEWS: Trevin Wallace out for the year
pantherclaw replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Despite many in here talking down upon him, Wallace was an impact maker on this defense. His presence is already missed. Am glad they put him on the shelf, before his shoulder got worse. I oray for a quick recovery for him. -
Robert Hunt Practice Window Activated
pantherclaw replied to falconlynx's topic in Carolina Panthers
This is purely a fans perspective. He had a successful rehab, worked himself back into the condition to be cleared by medical doctors. At some point, people have to accept the fact that the NFL is a brutal fuging sport. The players with the shortest careers are RB, and line backers. That just how it is. -
Are the Panthers a "Trap Game" for the Hawks?
pantherclaw replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
The formula is the same for all top teams. We must keep their offense off the field. We must attack it when it's on the field. Win the turnover battle. Do that, and the Bucs will be scared as fug in another week. -

No. They are idiots and poorly coached if we are. -
Damn your old!! Merry Christmas brother!!

Merry Christmas everyone

He's under contract. He'll be here to fight for another spot. I pray they bring in a veteran to push him, or even beat him. Of course rece8vers are always expensive, regardless of their ability. Not sure why Coker is in this thread.

So is this a Bryce issue, a Canales issue, or a non issue?
pantherclaw replied to jb2288's topic in Carolina Panthers
Looks at how many starting offensive line combinations we've had this season, and thinks y'all are over thinking poo. -
I feel Wallace is still developing. His motor is fantastic. I agree, that we need to add talent at the linebacker position.. Still so many needs to fill.

I haven't cared for the pro bowl this century. It's a joke.
