Brandt needs to give more on QB prospects
pantherclaw replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
If the first read is working, that makes perfect sense. Considering his very low turnover rate, tends to also prove that it works. -

Two different QBs. -

Upon reading what the scouts are writing in his profiles, you're completely off base on the mental part. While he doesn't have an elite arm when it comes to arm strength, he has proven he can throw downfield with accuracy. They rave about his ability within the pocket, and his ability to read the field, make his progressions, and distribution of the ball. With the tendency to square up his shoulders to the side of the field he is looking. Biggest knock on his throwing right there. Yes, he is a pocket passer, and not a duel threat QB. I understand why people prefer a duel threat QB. He's no Watson, but I don't get the hate towards him. -

What physical question marks does he have, in your opinion? -

And that means none ever will be. -
But he sucks because he doesn't have enough touchdowns. Get rid of him.

He's the perfect QB for their system, and the Saints have proven they will pay the price for a franchise QB.

Child injured by Britt Reid has permanent brain injuries

Mr. Licensed Attorney should know that while places serving alcohol, can be gone after, he should also know it depends on the circumstances. Also, at this point, many people are making some gross assumptions. Still a tragedy. -

KC Didn't contribute to the accident in any way. Say what you want, but that is ignorance grasping at straws. -
I think its laughable that anyone tries to say that Tepper is involved more than he should be. If you think any franchise owner has no say on the QB that leads their team, then you are a fool. Our football guys are handling things, and Tepper has expressed his desires. Damn an owner wanting to win. Damn him to hell!!!

They can sue KC, but won't get anywhere. -

This is sad. He should come forward on his own and offer a settlement. As far as jail time, not sure that is going to help. With most people with issues like this, it takes more than jail time for them to hit their rock bottom. -
The cards have been a pretty consistent winner, they have talent, and a good coaching staff. Plus he stays in a warm climate.

NBC's Peter King wont be suprised if Mac Jones goes ahead of Lance

Would be a risk. I assume any QB the Panthers pick, they will have exhausted themselves with scouting him, that they are just picking because of a whim. I find it amazing that fans feel otherwise. -

Good left tackles don't grow on trees, of fall in your laps.

I don't wish to speak with anyone that thinks defense is fine. -
If I were the Texans, I'd make him rot too. The Texans franchise has never been about winning. So acting like they give a fug, is a fools errand.

Severe under estimation of the castration of the huddle.
