First, we didn't have an opportunity in drafting the best receivers in the class. So that meant that we had to pick from players for various reasons, were ranked on a lower tier. Our decision makers chose the player that has the most upside. That developing that talent that exists in him, puts him in the top tier of receivers. Several experts are willing to argue that he is capable of being the best from this draft class. Seems pretty obvious to me why Dan Morgan drafted this guy.

We added to vets, so our guys that were still I under contract... they are the depth. I don't see any neglect.

I want Bryce to shine as much as any Panther fan should. I'm also intelligent enough to know that the conditions of his rookie season sucked ass, and that's putting it nicely. I just don't understand the, oh he's got to be on a short leash. Really? How is that going to help him? New offensive system. New oline. New offensive playmakers (who knows how many will be making major contributions this year, that isnyet to be seen). He has to be given the keys, and allowed to grow with the system throughout the season.

I wouldn't want any UFA over our vets.

I never understood passing up talent when they're right in front of you. Been watching football way to long to think that any team can have the luxury of passing over talent.

Not that I feel the Panthers are in position to draft ahead...although ideally you don't pass up a talent though you may have a starter. As much as I enjoy Hubbard, he shouldn't be the starter, despite his admirable efforts at taking it and holding onto it last season.

I understand why he didn't rank within 32 QB's. Anybody who watched our patchwork oline fail to be halfway decent. Any receiver outside of Adam. No TE worth mentioning. Yet here we are, still acting like he was the problem last year. fug me this poo is older than your grandma's crusty underwear.

Wish what you believe is truth. Reality is his responsibility is to the team. Not the fans. He does need to progress. Absolutely. You must be one of those that believe Young doesn't belong in the NFL.

What you see from Young is not what the team and his teammates see. He doesn't have to prove anything to the fans. His focus is to the team.

He's going to get the whole season without any threat of a leash. He'll most likely get next year too.

I love this response. Did you put ANY thought into your response? 3-4. Where is he going to play? He's a natural side to side line player. He's certainly not going to play the edge. So where else is he going to play? Come on man.
