  1. To say cotchery isn't producing would be living in denial. He has never been a true number one or number 2 receiver in his pro career. So stop expecting more from him. The coaches and the team love him, but fans will say anything to throw trash at him.
  2. Veteran leadership. It needs to be on the field. If it could be provided by coaches, then there would zero need for any veterans on any team. Bersin has already proven to be a reliable receiver. All he does is catch everything thrown his way, and convert 3rd downs. Like Ricky Proehl did during his playing days. That's not good enough, the masses say. He better not make the team. Yes, cause we're so good we don't need good reliable receivers that'll grow with Can and the offense. We can't the team keep both Cotchery and Bersin? Cause they aren't fast? Somebody better start calling every team in the league, and let them know they are wasting precious roster spots to talented, hard working possession receivers.
  3. If you think there is a single team that their coaching staff makes perfect in game decisions, then you haven't been paying attention. See what I did there?
  4. Ron is an excellent coach. He's had a learning curve as a head coach, but that was to be expected. I'm not worried about Shula. We have plenty of talent. There ya have it.
  5. While essentially $20 million a year is less than i predicted, the real story here is 2/3rds of the contract is guaranteed. That's going to change contracts, specially for qbs. Im thrilled. Woohoooo!!!!
  6. How do you know how he hangs?
  7. No argument there. Carry on good Sir.
  8. I thought we had moved on from this, and honesty, for the better.
  9. He'll be worth every penny, regardless. He'll be more than 20 million a year.
  10. Jeremy, you have come a very long way, from the first time discovered the huddle, eons ago. This is a true, sincere compliment. We are blessed to have you doing what you do, that you love to do. Thank you. Oh, and the write up wasn't bad either!!
  11. Has wondered time to time where he gone off to. So sorry to hear this news. My heart is heavy tonight. My prayers to his wife, family, and friends.
  12. exactly. Once a team takes a different high profile pick, it will most definitely affect the rest of the draft, how the teams would finish, and every draft that follows. You don't pass up on a franchise qb when you have the opportunity to get one.
  13. I have confidence in the team. While Shula is the popular concern. Mine is more detailed. The offense's biggest struggle from year to year, is starting fast. The oline has failed the mesh well at the bigging of seasons. There has been turnover, injuries, you name it. If we can enter training camp knowing our starting 5, and they get through preseaso. With no injuries or set backs, i hope they start the season better than they have in the past. Everything starts and ends in the trenches.
  14. A lot of pathological liars call the huddle home.
  15. I wouldn't want Stewart to play any differently than he has throughout his career. It's what makes him so good. I don't care the running styles of the back, injuroes are gonna happen regardless.
  16. Boykin looks like a gamer to me. Don't see how he can't make plays with KB, Funchess, and Olsen drawing the coverage they'll be getting.
