    Timing is off on the throws and usually late. Sometimes Sam gets a guy killed, sometimes they get the ball out of step and drop it, sometimes it’s a lack of concentration by the receiver. It’s hard to evaluate when the quarterback play is so bad. No sense in criticizing the receivers until they have a NFL caliber player throwing them the ball.
