D.J. MOOREWR, CAROLINA PANTHERS
Panthers signed WR D.J. Moore to a four-year contract extension.
The deal is a no-brainer for the Panthers, who have plenty of cap space now and in the coming years. Moore was entering the final year of his rookie deal and would be a big name on the open market if he wasn't extended before next offseason. He has topped 1,100 receiving yards in each of the past three seasons and will only be 25 years old when the upcoming season starts. With Chrisitan McCaffrey banged up as of late, Moore has been the only consistent source of offensive output in Carolina in recent years. His ability to pick up yards after the catch also makes him any quarterback's best friend. With the Panthers unlikely to find an elite passer anytime soon, that skill set makes him the perfect fit for Carolina's lackluster situation. Though the absence of a solid passer hinders his output, Moore's incredible production through four seasons makes him a locked-in WR2 for fantasy purposes
