  1. Yeah agree as much as Friday is going to suck the smart and correct decision is to simply stay put and take the best LT available
  2. One of the top 3 LT will be there at #6 we are not trading back
  3. Anyone know if we're having one this year?
  4. Best possible scenario for us Trading down would get us picks on Friday but we would miss out on a starting caliber LT there's a big drop off at LT after the big 3
  5. Back in early February has a good shot of making the team
  6. That's big I wonder if we were one of those teams
  7. DARREN WALLERTE, LAS VEGAS RAIDERS Aaron Nagler of CheeseheadTV reports the Packers are targeting Darren Waller in a trade with the Raiders. Take this with a gigantic grain of salt, but Nagler has been covering the Packers for a very long time. Waller turns 30 in September and has two years left on his contract, but he's coming off an injury-plagued down season that saw him miss six games en route to a 55-665-2 receiving line where he appeared to take more of a back seat to Hunter Renfrow. The Raiders have now added target-dominator Davante Adams, and the word from Nagler is the Packers and Raiders discussed Waller as part of that Adams trade, but league rules prohibited Waller's inclusion because a franchise-tagged player (Adams) can't be traded for a non-tagged player like Waller. Las Vegas is scheduled to make its first pick in this week's draft at No. 86. Flipping Waller to a starved-for-pass-catchers team like Green Bay in exchange for a high pick would make sense on the surface.
  8. Source: Rasheem Green visited Texans, previously visited Panthers, Ravens By Aaron Wilson Veteran defensive end Rasheem Green visited the Houston Texans, according to a league source.Green, 24, has previously visited the Carolina Panthers and Baltimore Ravens. A former Seattle Seahawks third-round draft pick from USC, Green had 48 tackles, six tackles for losses, 6 1/2 sacks and four pass deflections last season. Green (6-foot-4, 279 pounds) has 88 career tackles and 13 1/2 sacks with three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. Team: Texans Posted on April 25, 2022
  9. 6. Carolina Panthers: Evan Neal, offensive tackle, Alabama I don’t know what Carolina will do. The Panthers could go Kenny Pickett here, because unless they trade their first-round pick next year to move into position to acquire another high pick, they won’t pick again till day three of the draft; they don’t have a second- or third-rounder currently. I know what they should do, and that’s take Neal if he’s there. The Panthers are as needy on the line as they are at quarterback, and there’s definitely not a sure long-term QB in this draft. Neal started 15 games at left tackle, 12 at right tackle and 13 at left guard in his three Alabama seasons. There’s been some chatter about teams downgrading him because of medical issues, but I’m told at least three-quarters of the teams in the league are good with his health. I won’t be shocked if they go Pickett or Malik Willis here, but the smarter play is getting a solution with versatility at a major need area. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/04/25/nfl-mock-draft-fmia-peter-king-2022/
  10. The long awaited and highly anticipated Peter King cock draft 1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Travon Walker, defensive lineman, Georgia Expect a surprise, I heard out of Jacksonville recently. Hmmm. That would eliminate Aidan Hutchinson here. The trendy pick after that has been Walker, so that really wouldn’t be much of a surprise. Ikem Ekwonu, perhaps? I’ll go with the one-year-college-start upside guy, Walker. It’s risky, and I’m as skeptical of one-year wonders as the next mock-drafter, but it falls into GM Trent Baalke’s history of taking the athletic playmakers. I’ve got a video to show you about Walker.
  11. Keep hearing NYG and CAR connected to Mississippi St OT Charles Cross. It’s lying season so take it FWIW. If true, NYG should take Cross at 5, knowing CAR is likely to go OT or QB at 6. Then NYG gets same EDGE at 7 as it would’ve gotten at 5. Only potential flaw = CAR trading 6. — Todd McShay (@McShay13) April 23, 2022
