  1. Samuel is young and talented, he's going to get a decent contract from another team. Similar to Vernon Butler last year when the Bills signed him to a 2 year incentive laden $18 million dollar deal
  2. - Mentions the team will attempt to sign Taylor Moton to a long term deal but will tag him if the two sides can't agree. - Panthers offered Curtis Samuel an extension late in the season but he elected to hit free agency instead. - OG John Miller, DE Efe Obada (RFA), TE Chris Manhertz, LT Trent Scott (RFA), LB Julian Stanford - Person does not believe we will attempt to re-sign CB Rasul Douglas
  3. I think we're going in hard for Wentz If we were willing to give up Teddy #8 overall pick and possibly a 4th or 5th rounder for Stafford we're certainly willing to offer that same deal for 28 year old Wentz
  4. The Eagles are close to trading Carson Wentz, sources say. Where might the QB land next? https://www.inquirer.com/sports/carson-wentz-trade-philadelphia-eagles-indianapolis-colts-chicago-bears-20210205.html
  5. Carolina Panthers cap space: $16 million 2021 draft positioning: Carolina has the eighth and 39th overall picks Analysis: The Panthers reportedly offered their first-round pick-plus for Matthew Stafford. That doesn't mean they'll do the same for Wentz, but it's at least evidence they're being aggressive in pursuit of a new signal-caller. The pairing of Wentz and up-and-coming offensive coordinator Joe Brady, who interviewed for the Eagles' head-coaching job a couple weeks back, could be an interesting melding of the minds. Teddy Bridgewater remains under contract in Carolina and is scheduled to make $17 million this season https://www.espn.com/blog/philadelphia-eagles/post/_/id/31124/five-potential-trade-destinations-for-philadelphia-eagles-carson-wentz
