exactly. so the current roster stands at 65 which is light but with a new coaching staff it makes sense. with 6 draft picks that brings us to 71 so 19 spots to fill big UDFA class this year

I don't think the Panthers believe LB is a high value position so Sanders or jack Campbell would not be considered at #39 I'm sure they like them but there are other position, mainly EDGE and CB that are more important than LB
