  1. Good game. Thought the Jags were gonna snag this one but I'm happy for Josh...hard to root against them
  2. Bad time to stub your toe. Still like the Jags to win this.
  3. Damn...so what do we even do with Icky now? I don't know where he sits contract wise rn. Evero back was expected. Feel however you want to about it but it really shouldn't be a shocker
  4. We need to adapt the Cignetti method in drafting. PRODUCTION over POTENTIAL. Nobody loves a good project more than the Carolina Panthers! We should never draft a "project" before the 5th round or unless we already have productive talent at the position and can give them time to (hopefully) develop. All we can do is hope that Morgan and Co. have learned their lesson on that from the 1st draft and see what happens this year.
  5. I'm not sure I necessarily agree about next years schedule. I did when I first looked at it, but I've changed my mind. The Pats and Jags are the #2,3 seed and 13+ win teams...who said that going into the season?! I would much rather play the NFC North than the West again. Seattle, LA, SF, Buffalo, NE, Jacksonville...we played 6 teams that I wouldn't be shocked to see in the Superbowl. And yeah, we got our ass kicked in 5 of those games. I'm hopeful next year we can split games like that and not lose to the Saints twice.
  6. I like that energy. I definitely think he's a little Scooby Doo overboard positive dopey in the pressers but behind closed doors I do think it's different. I know we all want to have the #1 HC, OC and DC every year but I do think we can win consistently with Canales.
  7. The only teams I don't want to see win it are the 49ers Eagles or Bears.
  8. I know we look at a few plays here and there but this Rams unit put up more pts against Seattle's elite defense. I think getting rid of Evero will be something we regret doing...we are just devoid of talent across the defense after investing YEARS in our offense.
  9. No way Styles is around at 19. I'm afraid he might be a division rival for years to come
  10. I feel the exact same about Bryce as I did at the end of last year.
  11. I'm usually Mr. Pessimistic but I can't help but feel optimistic going into next year.
  12. This board was split between us either cracking .500 at 9, maybe 10 wins or winning 5 games. Wind it back, and this was a "good" season. We played our asses off against a team everyone has been glazing as a SB team all year and lost it in the last minute. We showed multiple times this year that we CAN play with and beat the best teams in the league. Next season, the bar is higher. The playoffs are the expectation, that's the floor. This is my take on the year. We've done enough growing now, time to be grown.
  13. Yeah idk I'd rather see us just send it and clearly be playing to end the game ourselves, even if they torched us on it. This was a classic Panther defensive ending...after the first 2 WIDE OPEN throws I knew exactly what was going to happen, we've seen it for over a decade. Excellent game but it makes me sick we went out that way.
  14. I'm from Illinois and my entire family are Bears fans so it's nice to see them win. Still don't think they have a real chance at beating someone like the Seahawks. They better hope the eagles win and the Rams can knock the Seahawks out
