  1. Need some of this from the Panthers to certain refs over the years.
  2. Time has a funny way of working itself out. We have Young and I'll support him until he shows he may be a bust. A career, two games doesn't make.
  3. What receivers? You mean those slow guys with no moves who are covered like blankets in the dead of winter? When you have those type of players you better put some sprinkles and icing on that vanilla offense you are throwing out there.
  4. Again, we don't have the offensive weapons to give Bryce any help. Sanders and Hubbard aren't running the ball well, we are missing two starting guards, our wide receivers are either unproven, hurt, or old. Hurst is our best receiver at this point....and he's the only REAL TE we have. Hand over the playbook to Brown and let Bryce start slinging it especially when he reads man to man coverage. Everyone who says he doesn't have an arm is wrong. Does he throw ropes like Cam or Stroud? No, but he can make every throw that is needed in the NFL. Here's the thing - who does he have to throw it to?
  5. said X-rays were negative - a high ankle sprain will keep him out a while for sure though. If it's a broken fibula, yeah call it a day.
  6. Young can make some of the throws he has missed, he's a rookie with what most NFL front offices said was the WORST set of Offensive Weapons in the entire league. I agree with that sentiment so much. When you see Hurst getting doubled at times you know your offense stinks.
  7. Some rumors out there that Babcock made some off handed comments about player's wives/girlfriends. Also, he even asked some of them what they thought of his wife. Dude is a little weird (actually a lot).
  8. I just would like to wear the socks and boxer briefs to show my support for the Panthers. GRRRRRRRRRR.........
  9. yeah I hated that cheap shot by the CSU LB or safety.....no place for that crap. They have some other athletes on the team that will try to pick up the slack, but not a player like Hunter.
  10. Oh, no fan of Colorado per se and I totally agree with you. What they get Oregon and USC back to back? Should show exactly how far the Buffs have to go.
  11. Colorado has some good players, their issue is depth and that d-line being pushed around. I still think they get to 5-6 wins, Deion is now at the D1 level and will be in the Big 12 so he'll get more than his fair share of talented players.
  12. I mean there are some guys out there with NFL experience on practice squads: Robbie Chosen, Chosen Anderson (maybe they are the same guy) to name a few..... /s This is the dude:
  13. We don't have the WRs that can take the top off of a defense with Chark out, and to be totally honest I don't know how much of a difference he makes. This team is already banged up with Chark, Thielen, and Sanders not at full speed. We have 1 tight end who is actually competent in both phases of the run/pass game. As for our D - we are going to get gashed by teams who can run the ball and lit up by teams who can throw it. Atlanta is not a good team and we'll face much better down the line.
  14. Could be hyperextended knee for Horn, it didn't look like it "collapsed" and twisted like an ACL.
  15. Sanders is coming back from injury. On that first series when the O-line was opening up holes he was doing fine. He will be good for us.
  16. @BigDog do you know what sarcasm is?? Usually denoted by "/s" on the interwebs.
  17. Ok, we gotta trade Burns because he is too expensive. Luvu sucks....never been that good and for the love of God get Matt Corral back and start him. /s
  18. That last pass to Toney was behind him....should an NFL receiver make the catch, yes. Do they always make those...no. I don't put that on Toney, but he didn't have a good game overall.
  19. Can't wait to see the gang back together.
  20. Today's players don't mind losing a paycheck for a couple of weeks. They don't want to go out there and get injured which will lower their value. Sitting out increases the pressure on the FO and ownership, especially if the defense doesn't perform well. As everyone has alluded to, turning down that Rams trade gave Burns all the leverage. I don't believe he'll play, it's too risky for him. He wants that new contract and the guaranteed $$ that comes with it.
