Well said, RBA just doesn't pull his goalies when they are having a bad game. It may be his personal experience that it really just doesn't have any effect on what's going on during or after the bad game so he just says "let it ride." I am still fully behind RBA and this bunch of jerks and I think we have a great future. What I do have a problem with, and what other NHL teams and fan bases should and will have a problem with is once Tampa Bay beats them they will see how fugged over their team was being held to a Salary Cap that was non-existent for the Lightning. Fug the NHL and Tampa Bay to hell and back for that sheet.

Again, the whole NHL should give a big fug you to Bettman and the rest of the fools that allowed Tampa Bay to pull this bullsheet. Mrazek had a good game 3, but he was toast tonight......no help out front either and once that 3rd goal was allowed he was cooked. Rod has never really been one to pull the goalie so not surprising. Fugging refs involved in Canes' games need a good beat down for all the games except maybe 1 or 2. When the bias is this obvious I don't know what you can do except whack the damn puck at their heads and hope you connect. Just terrible...... Also, Canes haven't helped themselves at all. Abysmal PK, Svech taking legit penalties, I don't even know if we can call our PP a PP....so disorganized. Oh well let's see what Game 5 brings. Really need to take 1 game at a time. Again, fug the NHL for allowing the salary cap shenanigans of Tampa Bay.

Yeah but we were in the 80% range during the regular season and maybe the high 80s in the series with Nashville.

Yeah just everything they have done salary wise this year reeks of using the circumstances to their advantage and the NHL allowing them to do it. They may go on to win the Cup, but I have no respect for them or the NHL for this crap.

A couple of things: Why the hell do we have the absolute worst announcers for our series? Seriously, they are atrocious and shouldn't be doing any kind of national broadcasting at all....I especially hate the female announcer she adds absolutely nothing to the telecast. I want the Canes to win this series (of course), but every team in the NHL should be mad as hell about how the Lightning circumvented the salary cap this season. If Kucherov didn't count during the regular season towards their cap then he shouldn't be able to play in the playoffs. It really isn't that hard to implement that..instead Tampa keeps him, stays under the cap because he is injured and out, yet somehow come playoff time he is allowed to play and the cap doesn't matter any longer. These are my grievances along with the Canes PK.

They have played hard, but there has been some moping....sad but true.

Yeah, we can't lose both of our home games. If we do, and I don't like saying this, but our odds of winning 4 out of 5 are bad.....really bad.

Yeah the power play is really concerning. We were clicking most of the season, but it has been a struggle for about a month now. I really do think we are making one pass too many on the PP. When you've got the man advantage you gotta let em rip tater chip!

Yeah, we looked more like ourselves this game than any game against the Perdators. Ned just had a bad moment at a crucial time and it really costs the Canes. We have to put more than 1 up on the scoreboard though. Vas is good...we have to be better.

and no matter how good Ned's stats were he ain't winning the Vezina and he unfortunately showed us a big reason why today.

Agreed, but we are skilled enough it shouldn't take Staal having to make a great play like that for us to get it into their zone to get Ned off the ice. This one is on Ned, he seems to be able to shake the soft goals off so on to game 2. If we lose both games at home we are toast.

and we aren't playing Trashville now.....fully loaded defending champs playing with a roster that exceeds the salary cap. Tampa Bay is the New Orleans of the NHL.

All on Ned there.....damn. Can we ever get a lead and play with one?

To be honest our PP has looked like sheet most of the day, can't get into the zone and maintain possession half the time and then we make one more pass than we should during the PP. I hope they fix this ASAP.

I have no problem with a woman broadcasting the game, but this chick is not the greatest. I really miss Mike and Tripper.....I think we drew the C or D announce crew here.

and I start criticizing and we score....we need to play much better.....pathetic!!

We've got to be able to gain the zone on our PPs.
