    BY didn’t have a bad game, he had the best game he’s capable of. He’s a limited QB that doesn’t have much physical talent. Even if he knows which play to make he’s not able to able to physically make it.

    That was dumb as poo but I’m hoping Dave takes the same arc Ron did. People were calling for his head his first couple years until he grew into riverboat. Im hoping for one more year with the current staff in place. If they disappoint next year fire them all.

    I really don’t mind DC or Dan but we have to (try to) upgrade the QB position. As I’ve been saying since last season we need to sign a veteran with upside, draft a QB - let him compete with BY and whomever we sign. I don’t think we need to draft a first round QB unless someone just falls into our laps but we have to start looking past whom we currently have. BY ain’t him.

    Maybe some have accepted it but many of us have not. The problem I see what the huddle these days is it’s become an echo chamber where differing opinions are met with hostility instead of comprehension as to the point. It’s a big reason many of us OG posters who have been here since before the original site got hacked in 09 don’t post often anymore.

    I’m not sure why you or anyone is upset about last night. BY is not and has never been a good QB. The sooner everyone accepts it the more realistic you’ll be with expectations.

    DC isn’t going anywhere. He’s shown constant growth every year and is headed in the right direction. RR showed similar growth his first couple years and then, BAM. Super Bowl.

    I don’t think Bryce is dumb or doesn’t know the QB position, I just don’t think he has the physical tools needed to be a great QB. Maybe if he can learn to move around in the pocket to give himself throwing lanes he can improve, but throwing 102 yards in a game isn’t going to cut it against many teams. He just doesn’t seem to have any arm strength.
