I just saw where we are getting Bread Idzik as our our OC in Carolina. He's a young guy with ties to Canales and was. Most recently, the Bucs WR coach. Thoughts...

What QB should we put our money on if not Bryce, where it's already accounted for? Bryce historically bad decisions vs our historically bad offensive line, I'll take Bryce. Don't get me wrong, I'm slightly skeptical, particularly of Bryce's arm strength, bc without ripping the ball, defenders can play off and guage the speed to pick it off. But right now Bryce is who we got and I think our safety net will be the same a well. We need to focus on o-line first, it's hurting more than our defense is. If we can protect our QB we can easily double our wins next season....LOL

How do we know this to be fact?

I was responding to NJPanthers89, who said if we don't get Ben Johnson, we have Morgan as GM and Evero as HC.

I'd say, that depends on who we hire as GM, what power he holds, who he brings in at HC and who the HC brings in at OC/QB Coordinator/Coach(s).

I'm only partial to the defense that works and what defense we run will be determined by whoever we keep or sign as our DC. But regardless of what we run, if our defense doesn't make contact until after the receiver catch the ball and make a football move, it doesn't matter what we call it bc it ain't working. We need a upper management and coaching staff foundation with an Identity to build towards...
