  1. I think it's more of a collaborative effort between the coaching staff now, ie: HC, OC, OL & maybe the GM & Tepper. If our coaching staff is getting on the same page now, that's a step in the right direction.
  2. Well, I don't think that Rhule is making all of the decisions now, so we'll see what if anything has changed...
  3. Who says he's the best QB in the team? Or maybe you're implying that he will be, in which case he isn't yet...
  4. Maybe, just maybe, Rhule & staff believes that from what they've seen from Corral, he isnt ready for more reps just yet. So they gave him limited live game play that wouldn't break his confidence but gain experience during his development...
  5. That's a safe bet, since it's to early to break the bank...
  6. QB competition or not, last year, Sam started off well and ended terrible. He probably did as well as most QB's would've done behind our o-line last year. But, we're figuring out our new o-line now. So there should be a solid QB competition for QB1 and then figure out 2 & 3. I don't care who wins, I want the best QB available to us to Start!
  7. Yes you're right, that's even better, but I still stand by my previous.
  8. He is a very good player, but we aren't in a position to mortgage our future draft picks, especially since we're down a 5th maybe a 4th next year already...
  9. I don't care! Watson isn't a Panther and didn't want to be. And honestly, he had too much baggage for where we are as a team right now.
  10. Purchasing the Carolina Panthers for $2.275 Billion makes him a cheap..
  11. For me, the jury is still out on Tepper's ownership. Yes, he believed in Rhule and showed his support of Rhule with money and control. Being wrong, maybe, doesn't make him a bad owner, nor does not firing Rhule when there's a lot of financial commitment remaining in his contract. I don't know all of the in's and out's of the Rockhill situation. But like I said, for me, it's still up in the air.
  12. I'm not expecting us to have a top 10 defense this season but I do think we'll be better across the board on defense, this year.
  13. That's another one but the fact is, he was the 2nd best WR on the team, stat wise. Unless we'd be replacing him with someone better, it doesn't make sense, stat wise...
  14. Wether you look like him or not, Robbie is a good speedy, experienced WR that can contribute to the team. There is no reason to flat out cut him and still pay him.
  15. At least we're trying to improve. Hopefully our schemes will fit our players.
  16. Blah, blah, blah, we drafted a QB and signed a Vet QB. What other options were there?
  17. Yes, this is a business and winning would create more revenue than Mayfield jersey sales would. But I don't see this as just a ticket sale move, if it happens...
