I'm not a huge fan of the trade, but the facts are that CMC hasn't contributed much over the past few years, due to various injuries and now we have a 2nd, a 3rd and 4th round picks in 2023 for him and a 5th in 2024. These picks may mean more to a new HC than an electric off injured RB. But we need to draft an electric RB in the 2nd - 3rd round in 2023, providing we have an OC that can run an NFL offense.

It's even tougher to win an NFL game when: 1. Your entire offensive game plan for your QB is to only make passes of 5 yards or less. 2. 80% of those passes goes to 22. 3. 75% of your total offense goes through 22 4. Your position coach wants to measure size instead of coach.

PJ Walker isn't a top flight NFL QB. But I've never seen him play like he played against the Rams last week. PJ was playing in the system he was told to play in. He wasn't given free range to play his football. We all know that PJ isn't afraid to pass downfield, but everyone just wants to be negatively critical instead of staying the obvious. Why they didn't give him an opportunity to actually play, idk.

I'm Confused! Must of the Huddle had been clamoring for a QB. Rivera just echoed that's what we need. Well a Star QB fix everything for us? Absolutely not but on order to sustain anything, your doing it more than once. What did Rivera say that wasn't true?
