For those familiar with the soccer team. Does it seem like he meddles in the soccer operations as well or does he sit back and let someone else run it? I know they have went through a lot of coaching changes.

My question is how did this team get this evaluation so wrong? Why did they think a guy who’s 5’9 190 lbs with no arm strength was worthy of the top overall pick and to trade up to get there? how did this happen? lol
Houston would have taken him if we didn't. Stroud would not have the season he is having in Houston if he was here. Fitterer gave Bryce the worst oline and receiver group in the NFL to work with and it's not even close. How did they get the evaluation of Ickey so wrong. He looks like Byron Bell out there.

Genuine madness.
Genuine madness is giving all that draft capital to get him and then giving up on him before you surround him with any talent. Mahomes would look like crap with these weapons and oline.

He physically isn’t ever going to get it. Nfl defenses can completely remove him from the came like today.
Of course they can if you have a shitty oline and no receivers that can get open. You don't think Bryce can make NFL throws? I'll admit he doesn't have the strongest arm but he can absolutely make all the throws. You don't have to have to have a rocket arm to be a good NFL QB.

That’s not going to happen next year either, he will end up being a hall of famer on another team
Give him until the end of year 3. If he doesn't have it by then, you can move on.

Good news for the Bryce haters. If he is as bad as you think he is we will be picking #1 in 2025 and you can replace him then. Personally ,I'm still on the Bryce bandwagon, give the kid some weapons and an OL and watch him cook.
-
Bryce has the worst oline in the NFL and receivers like Chark who can't get open and when the do drop perfectly thrown balls and you all are ready to give up on him. Maybe the Jags should have given up on Lawrence after his rookie season. The stats look pretty similar.

I would be shocked if Fit is the GM in a week and a half.
Fitterer better be gone on black Monday.

Get that K State OL Cooper Bebee with one of our draft picks. That guy just mauls people.

If Tepper wants to pay that so be it. Coaches don't count against the salary cap.

The only reason the incredibly profitable NFL isn’t leaning ALL THE WAY IN on technology to ref games is because it allows them to control the narrative and perpetuate storylines. “Packers win! Playoff hunt!” Blah blah blah. The information asymmetry that exists with human referees and the black box of “the control room making subjective decisions in NYC” necessarily allows for narrative control and money to flow via betting lines and more popular fan bases being appeased to. If the NFL actually cared about this the way the IRS cares about taxes, there would be no referees at all, as they are less competent than tech that exists today.
Speaking of technology, why are old fashioned chains still being used to mark 10 yards. They could easily use lasers to exactly mark 10 yards and get rid of those stupid chains. I guess you are right they want to be able to control and manipulate and that is another way they can do it

If they overturn this INT after that fuging catch call on us yesterday......
It's the Chiefs they will.

Tepper should consider Pierce for the HC job if the Raiders don't. He is doing a Wilks like job with the Raiders as interim.
-
Whatever money is earmarked for Burns should go to an extension for Brown. Burns is not worth it. Let someone else pay him to be a ghost.

One of Fitts big mistakes was letting Reddick walk. Burns would look a lot better if there was another competent DE his opposite. Teams can easily scheme out 1 DE.
-
Burns make a play challenge. Nothing so far
-
If Tepper wants to really be accountable he needs to hire a football president that knows what he is doing . Someone like Kevin Colbert and let them make the GM/HC decisions. Tepper can sign the checks and watch his team, that it. He needs to be more like Jerry Richardson and less like Jerry Jones.

Tepper is going to fire Fitterer and announce Nicole Tepper as GM. First female GM ever.

Absolutely no way in hell that this conspiracy is true.
It would have been leaked to the media by now.
Your sins will always find you out… Connor Stalions at Michigan, the Chicago Blackhawks covering up sexual assaults, etc.
If something this big we’re true then it would have been leaked by now.
I’m all for dragging the Tepper’s but this one is insane.
It may not be true that she is the de facto GM but she is more involved than any other owners wife I have ever seen.
-
My conspiracy theory is that she is the actual GM and Fitterer is here as cover for her ,hence the reason he has not been fired. Stories of her watching practices make me actually believe. Would not shock me if this were the case with this Tepper shitshow.

Will Stroud and Tua have been the exception.
Never draft QBs from Alabama, Ohio or USC.
I know Caleb Williams is getting a ton of hype but the fact he is from USC would have me worried if we did have our first pick.Helmet scouting is so dumb. Texas Tech was a terrible place for QBs to become anything in the NFL until Mahomes came along. He probably got drafted lower than he should have because of that.

Bryce should be fired, his stank azz would clear waivers
Lol. Put him in San Francisco and he is an MVP candidate. This offense and players surrounding him are so bad.

Non exclusive franchise tag. If a team wants to sign him and give us 2 1sts. Good bye Brian.

The ironic thing is Bryce would be cooking in the power run playaction offense Wilks/Mccadoo were running at the end of last season.
