Tell me you haven't watched a game in weeks, without telling me. To anyone who watches the games it is clear as day he is a franchise level QB. He is making plays out of NOWHERE and keeping us alive every down. -O-line misses a block, instant pressure in the backfield that should be a sack? Young escapes, looks downfield and throws a great ball to his receivers -WR drops the ball on second down? No problem converts on 3rd down. -Standing in the pocket as it collapses to hit his guys in stride -Game on the line, he elevates his play. We had no business after all of the penalties and miscues being in the game at the end. Yet here he is driving the ball down against the 4th ranked defense with JAGs and Thielen.

1 year plus 7 games in and he’s “reached his ceiling” is honestly kind of a crazy statement. After the first two games his ceiling would have been 33rd best qb in the league” and it certainly isn’t that right now. Give the dude a chance to keep earning his starting job instead of writing him off after a year and some change. He made some incredible throws the last couple games and some head scratching decisions. That’s what happens when you are a young quarterback. Yea he isn’t CJ Stroud or Jayden Daniels yet and he may never be. But he is not done cooking and is still in the evolution stage and that usually takes YEARS. If you want to give up on him and draft another qb and go through the exact same process in 3 years if they aren’t Daniel’s/Stroud lookalikes then that is your opinion and I’m glad you aren’t the GM.

Some of you so-called panthers “fans” need to have your card revoked. Bryce played his best game of his career today and HE IS GETTING BETTER EVERY GAME. Let’s see if he keeps progressing and if he does…we won’t be anywhere near the #1 pick and we may have found our qb of the future after his horrific start. I choose to believe in Bryce for now. Also…he has 3 wins in his career and all 3 were 4th quarter comebacks.

Honestly I'm half way impressed by Bryce, he hit Coker and seems like he actually had an arm with his deep shots just overthrew them. Just icky with all the fine holds this game....same ol same ol

To field the (currently) worst defense in NFL HISTORY. That is no excuse

We can make all the excuses we want about injuries but this defense constantly misses assignments has no communication, can’t tackle, can’t cover and can’t stop the run. Most of those things are related to coaching and not talent.

I both agree and disagree. You do build your team through the draft. But you don’t let go of players who have proven to be great and trade them for a 5th round pick that turns into a JAG. That’s how you end up with a bunch of practice squad and JAGs on defense on your way to the worst performing unit in NFL History. No one is saying overpay…but if you have great players you do have to PAY and hope they aren’t like luvu who just wants to gtfo.

People need to stop obsessing about draft picks. If you have a good player sign them and cut all the poo ones. Thats how you build a good football team and not be stuck in rebuilding for 7 years…

I can’t imagine Bryce scratching the top 5 or top 10 busts of all time even if he never improves. even in the last couple drafts Trey Young and let’s not forget Josh Rosen going back a little further are EASILY bigger busts if this is the ceiling for Bryce young. Put down the alcohol people.
