That is a sweet set up. I just bought a Weber a couple week's ago and honestly the option you have never crossed my mind.

So I have 2 random grilling questions: 1. I love the whole pre heated cast iron skillet method of searing steaks using butter and then most times I finish it off on the grill but how the hell do you do that on a stove without grease splattering all over this kitchen floor? When the skillet is on such high heat and there is butter involved, even using a splatter guard is not going to prevent the mess because you have to take it off to turn the steaks. Every time I start to sear steaks that way, I can see the frustration on my GF's face as she goes to grab the Wet Swifter to prepare for clean up. 2. For propane users - I usually just do the propane exchange wherever convenient but last time I took my empty tank to BJ's and had them fill it up for about $10. I swear it seemed that I got about 1/2 the life out of that tank than I do when I just do an exchange. I thought it would last longer filling it up instead of doing the exchange. What gives?

I have never heard of such black magic. I need to look that up. Also, I would like to admit that after my rant on charcoal grill snobs, I went to cook some steak kabobs last night only to find that I was out of propane. Well played charcoal Gods, well played. I usually have a spare tank on hand but that was empty as well. Had a Palermo's frozen pizza instead.

I'm with Jase....I cook on a grill 4 times a week. No way I am dealing with charcoal that much, My Weber gas grill doesn't dry out meat one bit. My time is valuable and Johnny Rocket's ain't got time for no charcoal grill. While you charcoal snobs are still waiting for your coals to flame out, I have grilled my steak, ate it, drank 3 beers after, and am now naked floating around in my pool. Gas me.

I don't go out much at all anymore but I'm with you on that. Depends on my mood but I will switch up all night long. I religiously start every evening off with a shot because that's just how all good nights / conversations should start. Then drink a couple of beers. Switch over to a LIT or something similar and pretty much stay with liquor drinks, shots and water once I get away from the beer. I'm not saying those nights end well, but that's how it usually goes.

For the same reason this is the hottest current topic on a Carolina Panther message board and 12 pages long. People just can't stop talking about him. They wouldn't be showing it if people didn't care. The media is just feeding people what they want.

Same here but I also shower twice a day which apparently most people don't do. Now if i wear jeans to a movie or dinner and only have them on for a couple hours then I will hang them back up but all day...they are going in the wash.

Thanks... my son is 21 and about to graduate college in May but he is not responsible enough for one yet but I was thinking about my 10 year. She is only in the 5th grade so it will be a couple years or more. I know a couple of her friends have cell phones and it just seems very young to me but each situation and kid is different.

Just curious but how old were they when you got them cell phones? My daughter isn't ready for one yet, but I think she is getting near that age. Each kid (situation) is different however.
