  1. You are 6'2" 220lbs she is barely 5"3 and 110 lbs, you obviuosley need a lot more calories considering you are about a foot taller and weigh 100 lbs more. At her height, to maintain with little exercise she needs about 1200 cals to maintain. If she exercises she could eat more.
  2. Yeah that's a bit low especially if you're active. If you workout a few more healthy carbs shouldn't be a big deal. I'd add some more fruit, avocados or nuts in my diet for a little bit more calories.
  3. This seems to be a common concern. I'd lift at least some 10-15 mins. Truth is you may gain some weight at first but it's just all your fat turning to muscle. I've gained around 10lbs the last two years but I'm wearing the smallest clothing size I've ever worn and you can feel/see the muscle. I try not to weigh myself often because it can get in my head. However if seeing the scale drop is the only thing that will motivate you to working out, then just do some cardio for a few months and then maybe you will get comfortable lifting.
  4. Why do you think you aren't eating enough calories? Do you mind telling me your height, weight and calorie intake? If you want more healthy calories eat an avocado a day or an apple with peanut butter (read the back of the jar,by the peanut butter that says only peanuts and maybe salt under the ingredients)
  5. I did an upper body workout last night. Been doing more of those the last 3 weeks or so. My arms and shoulders were huge by the end of it. I mean gross huge and I'm not exaggerating, my head and neck looked all tiny in comparison. I tried to ignore it because i figured once the muscles relax they wont look so big, but they still look too big. Now I'm all freaked out. I'm not sure what to do to get them to shrink a little. I figure I wont lift weights for a while, but should I stop push ups too? I really would like to keep doing the push ups since they are apart of many of my cardio routines and I don't want to loose my ability to do them at the rate or close to the rate I'm at.

  7. Might sound mean but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Went to bed the last two nights so hungry. Worked out yesterday and I was so hungry it was hard to focus for a bit. And I'm sitting here working waiting for it to be 11 so I can go to lunch, i just had a banana and I'm still starving!
  8. I've made it two full days eating healthy and not eating after 8pm!!!!!!! I'm starving all the time though
  9. Just finished up T25 Lower Focus and Ript Circuit and Brazilian butt high and tight. My knees are feeling so much better, not much pain during any of my workouts Friday thru today. Now the diet is on. I'm working out everyday but everyday I'm eating way too many calories, I can see my abs aren't quite as noticeable and the shorts I wanted to wear today were tighter than usual. I hate that feeling. So it's on, summer time is here, can't be worring about how I look in my bathing suit while playing with the kiddo, it distracts from all the fun to be had.
  10. My knees are being little bitches. I've been modifying workouts the last 3 days, looks like I'm going to have to give them more of a rest.
  11. Just ate a bunch of candy and am thinking about skipping my workout today. You boys are so lucky to not have to deal with a particular time of the month. Either my motivation is out of control high or I feel like laying in bed and eating wtf i want.
  12. I love that work though the ab work is a little weak. Honestly I dont feel whipped after 1 t25 . After two yeah. I love of upper focus.
  13. Been doing a lot of T25 doubles. It's fantastic, love that work out particularly when doubling up.
  14. lol Yes and not really. I'm mixed on him shaving his chest hair, his chest hair is pretty damn sexy but he's got all these wonderful muscles that it's all hiding. I think if it were up to him, he'd just dip him body in a nair if he could.

  20. I did T25 Rip Circuit and then went to the Bobcats season finale and had a wine and half a panini
  21. You got this poo! Keep it up you know you'll feel great and it will become so much easier as time passes. And make her get off her ass and join you!
  22. If you have the chance or can find pics I'd love to know what kind of squats and lunges etc she was doing
