The caffeine does good for me, but I gave Jack3d micro a shot anyway... it gives me that jittery stim feeling and I don't like that... With caffeine the main drawback is that your body gets used to it pretty quickly...

Diet is the hardest part to me too, I simply like to eat and love stuff that I shouldn't... But I've done way, way better in the past three months. The working out is the easy part because I love it and enjoy it.

So I started this MHP Fit yesterday... holy crap. That is awesome. Good bit of energy, but the pump was incredible... I didn't want to stop lifting yesterday. I hope that continues...

Seen it but haven't tried it... may be good for a cutting phase. Be interested to see how you like it. I just traded in the Jack3d Micro I got last week for some MHP Fit Trainer Pre-workout at Vitamin World (idk how they make any money allowing people to exchange product like that, but oh well...) Anyway, the Jack3d Micro did nothing for me except give me that jittery stim feeling... I'm hoping this FIT stuff will be better. It's got more caffeine than C4 and has creatine mono and beta alanine too... we shall see.

I used 1MR for about a month this past fall... it works, tastes like poo as previously mentioned, but you definitely feel it. However, if you've been on C4 (like me) part of it is probably that your body is used to the caffeine, which is what most of the pres use as a stimulant. Might want to come off everything for a couple of weeks before re-starting one...

Yeah, I need to get off a pre for a while... In about 3 weeks or so I'm cycling off heavy/low reps to light/more cardio so I'll do it then.
