Yeah, it's normal. I get it more down my arms and upper body, never in my mouth though...

If it's itchy, I have no idea... If it's tingly, that's the beta alanine... I personally like that, but that's just me.

This is off the MusclePrime label... So it actually has a GH purpose... I don't think I've ever taken anything like that.

I agree about GNC, they are pushy... and usually don't know what they think they do. Boo's bf uses Jack3d and loves it too... it just makes me jittery and I hate that. Come to think of it though, JR may in fact be a zombie... so, idk if I'd take advice from him.

I avoid the ones with dimethyl-whatever in them... The version of Jack3d I tried did not have it... but it still gave me that stim jittery feeling I hate. Took it back. I prefer the ones with caffeine... much smoother energy for me.

I have taken Friction last week and this week... so I'd say about 8 times. I have not noticed a drop off yet. We shall see. The way my normal workout works I usually take it four days in a row, then skip the fifth when I do cardio only. So far one full scoop is good. Yesterday, and I don't know why this, it hit me really, really hard. It was shoulder day and I was pretty lit up time I got to the gym. I am sore today too... I went at it pretty hard. I have never noticed a drop off like what you're saying Jase... with the C4 after about a month, I was up to almost two scoops... but nothing like half every other day...

Yes, I've tried quite a few of them... I'm currently taking VPX Friction and really like it... tastes good, has a good list of ingredients on it (a lot of them don't) and really gets me going. I've tried: Jack3d Micro - too much "stim" feeling... like jittery, did not like. PhD Wired - decent, but not great C4 - Excellent, but I built up a tolerance to it quickly. This is a good one if you don't want to take any creatine. 1.M.R - Good, nice pump and energy... tastes like vomit. Not kidding. I had to choke it down every day. NO Xplode - literally did nothing for me N.O. Fury - Meh... same as Xplode really I like ones with creatine, beta alanine and a good dose of caffeine to wake me up from sitting in my office chair all day when it's time to workout. Anything with caffeine works best obviously if you don't drink coffee/sodas all day and blunt your bodies reaction to the caffeine in the pre. I usually get my stuff at Vitamin Shoppe... they have a good return policy. No questions asked refund. If I get one I don't like, I take it back.

Awesome that you guys are working hard... I'm trying to stick with it as well. Aside from my pain in the ass elbow that's still bothering me, I'm doing good. I took two weeks off from lifting to let it heal some and started back last week. Still doing my usual back/chest/legs/shoulders/cardio only routine and switch up the exercises and weights/reps every other workout cycle. My weight has stayed about the same, around 210-215 but I have started to see some gains in vascularity and I had to poke a new hole in my belt about 3 weeks ago since it was so loose. I guess I just need to buy another smaller belt...

Good for you... and don't worry about it. I only laugh at people in the gym that put too much weight on in an effort to impress... who cares. I constantly see mostly young guys, and mostly on the bench press, doing way, way more than they should with horrible form. Do the appropriate weight correctly and no one will notice... and even if they do, just give 'em that Jase smile and they won't care anymore.

If Inmicus doesn't give me pie for that, I quit.
