I been hard at it... After my 370x4 on the deadlift last week... I got 300x1 on my last set of flat bench Saturday with Joscott. I also got 18 plates (45s) on the leg press for 5 6 reps pretty easily, which I calculate out to roughly the equivalent of 400 lbs on the squat. I played golf today, and I'm out of town tomorrow and Friday for some training, but I'll be back at it hard Sunday morning when I'm back.
