  1. I tweaked that damn rib again spotting Joscott yesterday. Yes, it's his fault. Damn thing is hurting worse than ever...
  2. My left arm is very sore tonight... I think it was the lat machine.
  3. Joscott and I went today and picked up / pulled on heavy poo. That's always fun and that boy keeps getting stronger.
  4. Well... I actually did deadlifts yesterday without hurting my back. I got this "wrap" (for lack of a better term) from my chiropractor for my ribs and that really seemed to help. I went all the way back up thru sets to 495x1 with no issues. Yay.

  6. My lower back cramps every time I DL... Even at like 135. It's just a thing to deal with. If I'm careful it doesnt bother me too bad. This thing today is that same intercostal muscle I pulled last week...

  8. Tweaked that exact same spot in my back again squating today... It was Joscotts fault... He spotted me wrong... Absolutely nothing to do with me being old... Nothing. If he'd stop scoping hot chicks in the gym while we're lifting... Pervert.
  9. This is the dude I've mentioned on here before... I deadlifted with him last week... he did reps at 650 and then did reps on the rack pull at 675. Dude is a beast... 6'3", 320. His calves are bigger than my thighs... I've seen him squat 500 10 times and barbell military press 315 for reps.

  14. It woke me up a couple of times when I rolled over... it's much better today... I put heat on it this morning to loosen up and motrin also helps.
  15. Tweak your back? About a month ago, I was taking the bar off the rack to do squats and when I stepped back I think I let my weight shift a little too much to one leg and it hurt my back a bit... I've been much more careful with that since...
  16. Damn it all... Deadlifts yesterday... 5th set, 405. Was on the 4th rep and felt something pull in my back. Strained an intercostal muscle about mid back on the right hand side... I hate this poo. Done it before doing shoulder shrugs... Argh. Hurts to breathe.
  17. I have never tried this... I just read the descriptions on bodybuilding.com... interesting. Can you take it with caffeine as well? I mean... I know you don't like stims... but I need one after sitting in an office chair for 8 hours.
