  1. I'd say it's personal preference... I don't care to do cardio with much food in me. I don't think it matters too much either way re weight loss however.
  2. what are you doing? Cardio or lifting? I do not eat in the morning before we walk. I do eat about 45 minutes before I lift. I cannot lift when hungry.
  3. Well I'm not much of a head hunter for jobs, but if you move down here, you're welcome to workout with us.
  4. That pic of Underwood is awesome.
  5. You and Joscott would probably workout well together... I just facebook stalked you and you and him are of very similar build.
  6. That's why I don't run either... it kills my knees. I've been getting up with the wife at 6AM everyday lately and walking two miles... then hitting the gym in the evenings after work to lift and do some HIT cardio. Or you could move to Wilmington and hit the weights with me and Joscott. We'll have veins popping out in no time.
  7. Work on your diet and either get one of those programs like T25 or P90X or get into running/biking regularly.
  8. That is a valid thesis, but.... boobs.
  9. Dear PhillyB, please try this and take pics. ty
  10. That's not good man. Maybe you tweaked your spine or something?
  11. I'm about to go hit some chesteses on this fine Saturday morning. You fugers need to come to the beach and workout with me.
  12. My go to exercise for tricep soreness is skull crushers. http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/BBLyingTriExtSC.html I get a serious stretch on those. I like rope and V bar tricep press downs, I've had a lot of forearm issues and those don't bother me.
  13. Hmmm... Joscott and I have both battled this a good bit lately... His prevailing theory is that your biceps and triceps get stronger quicker than your forearm muscles do and thus your forearm muscles have to work harder to keep up. It's essentially a form of either tendonitis or muscle strain. Make sure when you do those that your wrists are "square" to your forearms so you're not pulling too much with your forearm muscles. Otherwise like Jase said, find something that doesn't bother them as much.
