  1. I've had a similar situation in my right forearm as I previously mentioned... I think it's a form of muscle strain/overuse. Best treatment I've found is ice and chill on certain exercises that use those muscles for a bit.
  2. Weird, I've never had any negative side effects from creatine at all... I've done the load thing and done it without that, and don't really notice a difference. I can definitely tell (strength wise) when I'm on it and when I'm not tho... I really, really want to go skiing... and try snowboarding...

I've never had that particular effect Cat and from what I've read, I always thought you kind of had to build up some creatine in your muscles before you started to notice it... in fact a lot of the creatine I've taken always suggests a "loading" phase of about a week. It's entirely possible however that your body responded to it... or you just had a really good workout, which in either case is a good thing.

  7. My knees don't bother me at all... my arm, particularly the outside of my right forearm gives me all kinds of issues... I've obviously got tendonitis of some sort...
  8. Zcustom doesn't workout there, he just goes and hangs out in the locker room.
  9. I think it can... lifting and exercise in general give you a boost and allow (me anyway) the body to rest better.
  10. Oh I know... I don't think I tore anything.... but it's still kind of bothering me.
  11. I have not tried them on the bench... matter of fact, I haven't done bench since about the first of December. I tweaked my right shoulder on bench and have been taking it easy on chest day since then.
