idk man... not having to sit thru a trial and have your name drug thru the mud... having it totally dismissed and being able to sign a top dollar FA contract in the NFL? $4M don't sound too bad... esp considering that left him $9M from 2014 (minus taxes of course) that he has already. Money is all relative.

I am hearing from what I consider a reliable source that the payoff was in the range of $4M. This person is a huddler, so they may eventually post on this.

A settlement makes perfect sense to me... "Here's $5 Million... you disappear and don't testify... I don't have to sit thru a trial and then make millions more when I sign a new contract..."
