  1. I've done pretty good for a holiday week... took Monday off and hit the pool since I had gone like 6 days straight to the gym prior to that... Went Tuesday after work and yesterday morning with my boys before hitting the pool again and partying/fireworks last night.
  2. So how'd you guys do over the holiday? Any workouts or just sitting around drinking beers?

  4. I worked out both days this weekend... taking today off and going swimming.
  5. Boooooo!!!!! In the gym right now doing chest... In between sets resting for a minute.
  6. Mine? Uhh... she's apparently happy. She's been doing zumba twice a week and she "claims" she's watching what she eats, although that is highly subjective... she might be literally watching it go in her mouth, lol. She could still stand to lose 10-15 lbs esp in the belly area IMO, but I daren't not say that to her.
  7. Nice, 50 pounds in 6 months is fan-freaking-tastic. My wife uses that fitness pal app to watch her calories too... it's amazing the stuff you eat and have no idea how bad it is for you.
  8. How exactly do you work your traps enough to make them connect to your ears?

  11. Pretty good bro... I left u a msg on your profile, idk if you got it... get up with me. Text, email, whatever, it's been a while and I see you're off of fb. Back on subject... been doing my morning walk this week... that's making me feel good. Less than two weeks in on the ripped vitapak and morning walks along with my normal evenings at the gym and I'm down from 219 to 213 this morning.
  12. Yeah, I've tried squats with the bar on the front, have to be really, really careful with my lower back with those and can't go heavy at all. I've recently gotten back to trying to do squats (bar on your traps) and the weight is no problem... I just have to hold the bar as far out as I can to reduce the stress on my shoulders. I did them for the first time in forever last week and did 10 reps at 275 no problem... just have to be careful with my shoulders.
  13. Agree... this is my second week on C4 and I'm up to 1.5 scoops... poo is expensive too.
  14. Never heard of that Alarm, just looked it up. After I get off this C4, I'll be looking for a new pre.
  15. I can imagine... I eat those baked Lays now instead of Doritoes... not that great.
  16. That's a good plan and something a lot of people don't do, they'd rather sit in front of the TV. I personally have to make it more structured than that for me to be motivated to do it... otherwise other life stuff gets in the way. Don't think I can run a mile with my knees but I'm in the shape to do it, and can do all the rest of that stuff with ease. I could probably bench 215 18-20 times if I just laid down and did it... never really tried to see how many pull ups I can do, but I've been doing 4 sets of pull downs, then 3 sets of 10 pullups after that... so... Just trying to get back into squats, kills my shoulders to hold the bar on, but I'm working on it.
