  3. I was on C4 for the past month or so... it's decent. I just got some Jack3d Micro and I'm gonna try it one more time today, but it's not really doing anything for me. Probably going to take it back and exchange it for something else... I've seen that Black Powder and White Flood but have not tried either... I think part of the problem is that I have acclimated to caffeine and it takes a lot more of it now for me to notice...
  4. idk exactly what you need DM but my issue with legs has always been I just hated doing them. Leg workouts suck... but I finally started last year being serious about my exercise rotation and do legs every 4th day or so and I'm seeing results. I finally have some calves now anyway... I stick with pretty much the basics... squat, machine press, hack squat, leg curls and extensions and three different calf extensions (standing, seated and the leg press machine on high), and I also always work my tibulus anferior... with this... ...and while you're at it, don't be this guy.
  5. Sooo... Played basketball for the first time since my surgery, which makes it roughly 3 years since I last played, this past Thursday night. I had forgotten how rough it can get... pretty much just a couple of full-court pick up games for about an hour and a half, but I don't move like that in the gym so Friday morning I felt like I been run over with a truck... sore groin from moving side-to-side, sore shoulder from going up to grab a rebound and hyper-extending it, and I jammed my left big toe on a fast break when I tried to stop... since the toenail is now purple, I'm pretty sure it's gonna come off... ugh, getting old sucks. On the good side I played pretty well for not having played in so long... and in-shape wise didn't have any trouble getting up and down the court. Now if we can just get Huddle Jamz III setup...

  7. I swim a good bit in the summer, but even then I have to be careful swimming as it tends to tweak my shoulders, esp the surgically repaired one. But yes, it is an awesome workout.
  8. I've noticed a lot of the places that you buy supplements like to give out samples... I like it because you can try stuff without spending a lot.
  9. Well you're getting it back now and that's what matters.
  10. I've been going to the chiropractor every other week for about 3 years now... really helps me keep it right. I have issues with my lower back and about 2/3 of the way up my back between my shoulder blades. The workouts help too, I am religious about proper form with my back stuff so that I don't tweak anything.
  11. I've been really trying to balance out my ab work with lower back work. I do that exercise she's doing (without the rear delts) and also do straight leg deadlifts for lower back. I can tell a difference both in the wellness of my lower back and the extra strength on other lifts.
  12. Anybody ever tried this one? ima work that in next shoulder day.
  13. Not a joystick... a Stealth Z Mouse... We do aerial mapping and that controls the X,Y, and Z (elevation) motion when you're digitizing in 3D mode. I also get to wear those funky glasses while working too...
