Chest day today... Which I usually avoid on Mondays...
Got 225 12x on my 3rd set of bench and 245 8x on my 4th, so decided to try 300 just to say I did it... Got it fairly easily.
Don't intend on going up on that... But now I can say I did it.
Doing extra cardio this week to be prepared for Huddle Jamz.
