idk... I never had a problem with that one mixing. Some of them don't I'll grant you that. A couple of the pre's I've used don't mix worth a crap.

Try this. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Body-Fortress-Muscle-Mass-and-Strength-Fuel-Super-Advanced-Creatine-High-Performance-3.17-lb/10322411 Cheap, doesn't taste like crap and mixes well in water. Usually though, I get enough creatine in my pre and post workout supplements that I don't take any extra, but I used that stuff for a while late last year and could tell a difference.

Creatine won't make you huge... and you probably won't notice it much yet if you haven't been working out too long. It's definitely an aid on those goals though. Try some creatine monohydrate for a month or so and see what you think. Don't buy the expensive stuff, the cheapo stuff is the same.

Depends on your goals. What are they? Creatine works. It provides a boost for muscle gains (size) and strength gains as well. I can definitely tell a difference strength wise when I'm on it. I am cycling off of it this week for about a month.

174 is still a lot. Even with a 20 gram protein bar in the morning and 50 grams after I workout I rarely get over 120.

190 grams is a poo load of protein. Hard to do. Eat some fiber or you're not going to poop for a week.

I've definitely noticed you getting stronger Joscott. I didn't get in there this weekend... took Saturday off and played golf yesterday. Back at it today with some legs.

I've been deadlifting more lately... 5 sets ending with 315 4 times. I might could get 400 once or twice, but don't feel like taking a chance on hurting my back. 650 is a LOT.

That guy on that Extreme Weightloss show on ABC we watched last night said anything less than 1500-1800 calories per day is not good for a grown man, so be careful with that Zod. The kid on there last night went from 410 to 193 in 1 year. I usually stay around 2200-2500 calories per day... when I'm lifting I'm constantly starving, it's hard not to eat. Diet is by far the hardest part of being healthy.

I wouldn't even go in a PF. Yes, Golds. They got a bunch of new hammer stuff about 6 months ago... most of it is good... some isn't. They changed the design on a few of the machines from the old ones.

Agree again... and I'm not talking about squatting 500 lbs. I can do 275 pretty safely, and wouldn't get above that much... It rolls my back because it's a POS. The old one didn't.
