  1. You can post about ur workout but can't send me pics of chicks in their bikinis working out... I see how u are.
  2. There are some days I wouldn't make it without one... Have to go from falling asleep at my desk to lifting...
  3. If I can't sleep it's bc I overdid it with pre... lol
  4. My wife has this thing about veins... she says "you can get bigger, but I don't want to see veins"... So usually when I get home after the gym pumped, or if she comes to the gym, I make sure and point out veins.
  5. ...and the legs too I'm sure. I need to do that... but as I mentioned earlier, the guy I worked out with last night and I were pushing each other, so the higher weight was kind of a consequence of that, which isn't necessarily a bad thing since I didn't hurt anything this time.
  6. Sore this morning... man. Hurts but feels good too... I know I did something for sure. We squatted yesterday... the weight is no problem with my legs, but I'm still leary of my back. My last set I did 365 4x and it was no problem, but I need to do it more before I try to go higher. I need to strengthen all those support muscles in my back more.
  7. Did legs with a dude I used to play ball with today... We were both trying to outdo each other... I felt like I was gonna puke after so must've been a good workout.
  8. Hit chest today... Meh, nothing special but I got a good pump and went to failure on everything...
  9. I totally skipped this weekend and played golf both days... I'm trying to get motivated for chest day today even tho it's Monday.
  10. Yeah I'm not sure where Buffalo man is getting at but what's wrong with shaving? And how is that "gay"? How does it make you look bigger? There's some dudes in mine and Joscott's gym are huge and shaved, I'd like him to tell them they're gay... lol
  11. Well I hit a milestone today with dead lifts. I finally hit a weight that I didn't get on the first attempt. I went thru my normal progression up to 5 plates (500 lbs with the bar I was using) and got it 1x easy. So instead of jumping to 520, I went to 550 and got it about halfway up my thigh but couldn't finish the pull. Next time... Next time...
