This may have been the perfect hire for Carolina on what they needed in a HC. This guy is a QB whisperer and a former WR coach in Seattle. Say What!!! This guy of all the canidates, has a resume that addresses the 2 biggest needs Carolina has. He needs to pick an Oline whisperer as his OC and we roll with Evero or hell hire Ron back to run the defense. Man Imagine Dom Capers and Rivera running the defese. Goose Bumps. Canales will help Bryce be servicable and Morgan will make sure we have a viable #2 option at qb. Morgan, will rebuild this team, and I have no doubt he goes MLB with the 1st in 2025. We need that qb on defense. Shaq is a good player but he is far from a Morgan/Kuechly General of the defense type. This is the first time I have been excited for this teams future in a long time. Go Panthers.

theres a team out there, besides carolina, that believes Bryce will lead them to a superbowl. I think Morgan should find that team and have them mortgage their future for Bryce. Andy Dalton is a servicable qb to run with for next season or we can bring in another vet. Carolina oline personel wise isn't horrible, they are just out of position and playing in the wrong schemes and the TE's are not used properly to help block.. This can be fixed. Carolina top priority as far as WR goes is a fast receiver to stretch the field. Doesnt even have to be able to catch, just run. move the db and free safety further down the field to open it up. Our defense is decent. They just been gassed. offense cant stay on the field long enough to give them a breather. I think we need to start that search for a new MLB. No telling how good Shaq will be when he returns and hes getting up there in age.

I think Reich and company would have felt better because they could in theory, pick another qb if Bryce wasnt the chosen one, the next year. Wilks is a great coach and he was coaching for a job Tepper was never going to give him, which is sad. Tepper fugged us like the great glass elevator from Willy Wonka, sideways, backways, frontways and any other ways you can think of. It just amazes me how bad we screwed up a tank in a year we desperately need to tank.

bryce deserves another year. I cant think of another qb that could have performed any better with the amazingly bad hand he was deal. A head coach who basicly called it in preseason, an inept staff, an under performing run game to support him, wrs that were historically bad, TE's that might as well not even been on the field, an oline that had him sacked 60+ times.,and to add to everrything the pressure of being the #1 pick your team bet the farm with giving up alot of the draft future.
