The coaches are saying this, the players are saying this. I think this is an issue. A GM has a vision on what he wants the team to be. A coach has his vision on what he wants the team to be. How do we not know who we are? It's suppose to be being installed by the staff. You think Andy Reid or Harbough would field a team and not know what kind of team they want and who they are?

I think Bryce is over processing and not relying on instincts at all. which is why he is holding on to the ball so long. Hes doubting himself, his skill, everything. This is the epitome of being shell shocked as an NFL QB. He has to get out of his own head and just play football.

I cant even remember any of the high dollar defensive players names being called much. This game was bad for the offense but even more so for the defense. Allowing a division rival to run up the score is inexcusable. Defense is suppose to be the stength of the team and it was god awful today.

... Carolina can not stretch the field. It is easy for a defense to clamp down when there is zero threat of anyone running by them. This kills all aspects of the offense especially the run as there is going to be less defenders deep and more to clog up the short game. Carolina needs a deep threat and should trade for one. it will help immensily. Bryce can get the ball down field which we saw today as he heaved it 10-15 yards beyond the receivers.
