Let’s talk about the fact that the announcers were cheering the hit, which was a clear helmet to helmet hit. Can we seriously ever get impartial announcers on TV and not fanboys that praise an illegal hit? Not a good look for a league that’s concerned about player safety.

so I'm going to call BS on this, CMC isnt going anywhere. he is the only reason anyone watches this team, you dont trade your one good player on offense away, thats idiotic. And besides his contract doesnt allow for it. as for Robby, nobody trading for that expensive ass contract for a poo player. Robby will go down as one of the all time worst Panther contracts ever. Thankfully he wont be on the team next year, and easy cut to make, especially with the cap savings we will have from cutting him. This is an easy "some dude on twitter" post. people use your heads.

I have no issue with the Baker trade even now. We gave up nothing for him. the Trade for a Matt Corrall is looking kinda steep now but still not terrible overall. I do think we need to slow way down on trading anything 1-4, after round 4 I don’t care.

Yeah, this is an acceptable trade to me. Otherwise no.

I’ll reserve judgement on this end, Brown is finally playing like the guy we hoped he be in year 3. It can sometimes take time to develop unless you’re exceptionally talented.

I can see a restructure for Shaq. He’s the only true vet we have on our Defense right now imo

Gotta work on getting hits and getting on base before I worry about hitting home runs. I’d rather have a batter that hits .300 + than a batter that hits .200 but hits more home runs. Tho right now we are hitting .010 so anything will be an improvement.

I agree, Rivera’s unwillingness to change with the game is one of his bigger issues but still far better than Jon “stuck in 1994” Fox, I think proven great DC’s are more reliable overall than chasing the “next big thing” coach.

I will say I’ll settle for consistent winning seasons over super bowl wins at this point. Once we get to where we are at least being competitive season to season I’ll worry about Super Bowls. right now we haven’t been competitive in years.

What’s your take on Eric Bieniemy? Like I said in my post he was my top choice till I read an article about his “interview” issues last offseason.

I actually would argue that leftwich is another Brady effect OC which imo makes him a hard pass. They literally never work out. Eric the enemy has been on my list for years but I heard last round of interviews that NFL execs were pretty much saying there’s a reason he’s getting passed over. Not sure what the reason is, but seems like they just didn’t think he was cutout for HC. His résumé is definitely deserving of a chance, probably the most deserving of anyone in NFL right now.

I was right about Justin Herbert. Just went 1 pick too early and the Destiny of the Panthers is probably completely different with him at QB.

I like Ryans better than Frazier only because the bills have Sean McDermott, hard to say how much of the bills Defense is due to McDermott vs Frazier or if it’s the combination of the two. At least with Ryans you know it’s him.

This isn’t gonna be a popular choice but I want DeMeco Ryans. He’s been the real power behind Kyle Shanahan staying in San Francisco as long as he has. Without him Kyle would’ve been ran out of town already. because it’s been the defense that’s been keeping them in games and in the playoffs, not the offense.

As someone that remembers all the Ken Dorsey hate back in the day I find this hilarious. I’m not saying Ken Dorsey would not be a good pick for head coach eventually, but he’s literally 4 games into his first year as Offensive coordinator and the real brains behind this offense was already hired away last season. Let’s keep things in perspective.

DJ Moore and Moton are fine. DJ’s issue is terrible QB play. He’s been either open or getting open. Shaq is at risk of getting cut but I bet his vet presence keeps him with us, look for a restructure. Robby Anderson is getting cut after this season. The Panthers way over paid for his dumb ass.

Corral was a 3rd round pick for a reason, he was a project. I honestly don’t care if he works out or not.
