  1. Say what you will about Hurney, dude was money in the first round. If I were the Panthers I’d kept him on the payroll to just do that!
  2. And I was pretty much begging us to take Herbert before that draft. Oh how things are different here in Carolina with Herbert.
  3. Everything I’ve seen online has him listed at 6’0” but with that said, colleges have never lied about a players size…
  4. This, if young was 6’3 225 he’d be the pick. But being barely 6’ and under 200lbs in the nfl isn’t a good combination. for reference too, Baker Mayfield was all world in college so keep that in my NF when y’all want short dudes
  5. Before me? Lmao. Bro you know I’m one of the few original posters on here right? I literally can say there is only a handful of us still and I know who they are, you’re not one. Lol
  6. It’s bad when chuck is tired of you. Bro. That’s like the ultimate insult. Only way it could get worse was if fat Alice showed up and said they thought you should go.
  7. $5 says I’ll be on this forum long after you’re gone child.
  8. can a mod give this clown a perma ban? He’s clearly not interested in having a conversation on this forum of any kind.
  9. Stated for ages that the NFL isn’t gonna move a team out of the Charlotte, there are many reasons for this. if a team were to move, the Jaguars would be the next one to move. Jags haven’t had good support for years, this is due to poor performance and market saturation from the NFL and Collage. The Florida Gators are literally right next door if you didn’t know and you have more storied franchises like Miami and Tampa in state. Nobody outside of a few fringe fans would miss them if they moved.
  10. He’s playing a lot better this season than last. He was looking like he was on his way out of the NFL last year. Glade to see he turned things around
  11. I’m sorry am I missing something? Shaq hasn’t been playing badly, he’s actually been pretty solid. So why is everyone wanting us to move on? Shaq is easily the 4th or at worst 5th best player this season on Defense, has been consistent top 3-4 defensive player the last 3 seasons. people need to take a chill pill.
  12. Letting Shaq go at this point would be a mistake. Restructuring his contract could net similar results without loosing the player.
  13. Slight overpayment, you have to over pay when your team sucks in order to keep talent. DJ’s bad season isn’t his fault tho.
  14. ROFL, You clearly are missing the point. But I’ll play along with your silliness, I’d take DJ over 9 players you listed. you can’t use this season against DJ. He’s been open all fuging season, but Baker forgot the dude was on the team. Before baker when out I cannot even count how many times DJ was wide open and Baker would throw the ball at someone else. Can’t blame a proven quality WR for the crappiest QB play the Panthers have seen this side of Clausen.
  15. Only quoting to point out that one of the broadcasters was openly cheering after the hit, calling it a great play. for a league that’s about safety having a broadcaster cheering a helmet to helmet hit that took the teams QB out is a bad look.
  16. I don’t think that’s fair. I mean DJ has until this season been putting up good numbers despite terrible QB play, he’s no Steve smith, but probable a top 15 WR for sure. He’s getting paid too 10 money.
  17. I took it as more of: “yeah, you’re in a poo situation, and if you pull of a miracle I’ll give you a shot” both know with this teams issues, that miracle isn’t happening. I’d be fine with him coming back as a DC.
  18. Yes, but that’s if we is cut after this season and before next. We literally may have to let him ride the bench until we can cut him after the season. btw if someone that’s more into the cap could better advise the ins and outs of Robbie’s contract. I ain’t the contract wizard I used to be…
  19. I’m just hoping we cut Robbie first chance we get. So tired of his dumbass….
  20. The other thing is, you could argue the panthers coaching staff was intentionally trying to lose that game too. Rivera was doing such a poo job of coaching that he still managed to lose when the Panthers were intentionally tanking. One of the more amazing things I’ve ever watched Honestly.
  21. Ok. Seen quit a few posters on here not only looking surprised, but also upset about todays outcome. Any chance of the Panthers improving this season went out the window the moment Rhule was fired. When Rhule was fired Tepper wasn’t just letting the terrible excuse for a head coach go, he was also throwing in the towel on the season. Wilks isn’t going to be the Panthers Next head coach. He knows this, everyone in the Panthers organization knows this. There is nothing to read into anything the coaching staff does or doesn’t do, they will mostly be replaced next season by whoever comes in next. what we are in, is an evaluation process for the team, which players we are gonna keep, who’s getting cut, and who is getting traded. Coaches will be evaluated the same way as complete 100% coaching staff turnovers are actually rare. We are currently in no man’s land this year, We will not play or have a meaningful game unless we win in an importune time like we did when we managed to actually beat Washington when they had Playoffs on the line, and we were playing for a top 3 pick. I hope the Panthers play tough and are competitive this season, but we are seriously better off losing out and getting the top overall pick.
  22. If you are surprised, that we lost to the reigning super bowl champions today, you haven’t been paying attention.
