  1. This crow taste delicious guy's.... y'all should try it. lol
  2. Honestly, after the shutout, I wanted to see Ned get the start tonight. But, oh well, King Of The Autobots it is.
  3. Could be. Also could be Rod doing more taxi squad churning to keep everybody in rink shape.
  4. i.e. if the upcoming draft is a bad year for positions you need, then those picks would be less valuable to you, no?
  5. You are probably right. I doubt he was the one who made that call. I would imagine he had had some level of input, though. Serious question... (Since you are typically the most well read when it comes to FO type stuff.) Do the pro guys typically consult with the college guys when it comes to draft pick compensation for player trades?
  6. Kyle Shannahan has already drug two different teams with mediocre QBs to the Super Bowl with an offense designed around the RB. And he's never had one of CMCs caliber. I don't think they are a RB away. But, given his history and the fact that he just signed a 6 year extension, I wouldn't be surprised if he thought so.
  7. Don't know whose call it ultimately was. Fitts background is college scouting. But, he was either co-director of player personnel or VP of football operations when the trade happened. I'm sure he had some say in the deal.
  8. I wouldn't have either. Not sure or our new buddy Fitts made the wisest choice there. Both are unique players who can be used almost anywhere on the field and are clearly the best players at their position. But neither play premium high $ positions. Would I give up 2 1sts for Teddy & CMC? No. But that doesn't mean nobody else will. Or that they would be insane if they did.
  9. And before you but but but he's a running back... RB: 2nd lowest paid offensive position ($1.9 mil) S: Lowest paid defensive position ($2.7 mil)
  10. Dude, Seattle just traded 2 1sts, a 3rd and a borderline starter for Jamal Adams less than a year ago. And they had to give him a new contract. CMC's bonus has already been paid. McCaffery, a 3rd and $20 million > Adams?
  11. I doubt they would either. It's just the only way I can see HOU getting what they want for Watson without us completely gutting the team. And to be fair, for a team that's only one or two players away from a championship caliber team, (if that's still how they see themselves) 2 1sts for McCaffery is not ridiculous.
  12. This is the only scenario I see that could make sense... CAR gives up: Teddy, Shaq, CMC and 2021 1st SF gives up: Jimmy G, 2021 1st and 2022 1st HOU gives up: Watson CAR recieves: Watson SF recieves: Teddy and CMC HOU recieves: Jimmy, Shaq and 3 1sts We get Watson without mortgaging the future and clear enough cap to resign Samuel & Moton. Houston gets their 3 1sts, a defensive player and a QB to groom their new rookie. And SF gets to prove once and for all whether a stacked team with a mediocre QB can still win it all in the NFL.
  13. They just don't want to admit the truth. Also, TOR is like 1/10th of a percent better in Point Percentage. But, we are ahead in both GF/G and GA/G
  14. I hate Tom Dundon more than is probably healthy. (Definitely unhealthy) But, he made one hell of a coaching hire!
  15. We are setup to become the team that every other fanbase hates. And I love it!
  16. Paquette looked great tonight. I'm sure playing his old team lit an extra fire under him. But, I wonder if Rod will give him some more games on the wing after this.
  17. Ned out here playing dead to get the save! Seems like he's got acting in his blood...
