Does he make some questionable decisions? Sure. Has he had his share of boneheaded moves that has cost the team games? Absolutely. But, and let me be completely unequivocal here, is one of, if not, the best coaches in the league. His winning percentage is HOF level right now. In 3 years, he has built this team into one of the league's top contenders and already has an ECF appearance under his belt. He has a winning playoff record. And he has done it all without top end talent at the most important position in the sport. We have a ton of talented players on our roster right now. But, this team has been churned quite a bit from the team he inherited and he has been a big part of that process. RBA put the system in place that allowed their talent to shine. He trained them to have the stamina to go toe to toe with the best of the best. His team's might get out muscled, but they'll never be out skated or outworked. Discipline, motivation and a cerebral understanding of the game are inherent qualities of a coach. Feel for the game, lineup decisions, challenges, etc; that stuff comes with experience, imo. Give him some time, the ride has already been fun as hell. The destination might be somewhere this franchise has never been before.
