Watching Morgan outright beg them to add a damn SEVENTH rounder, while the Giants just laughed it off and told him no was the most embarrassing negotiation (if you can even call it that) that I've ever seen.
-
Anyone that's seen the videos of Morgan negotiating the Burns deal with the Giants staff shouldn't be surprised with this. His negotiating skills are laughably bad.
-
At this point, looks like we should have just kept Donte Jackson.

There are guys you could sign off other teams practice squads right now that are better than him. If you didn't know who he was or where he was picked, you'd think he was just another random 3rd stringer, thrown in due to injury, that has zero chance to make it in the league.

How many passing yards will Bryce have tomorrow
R0CKnR0LLA replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
28 for 35, 12 yards, 0 td 0 int for anyone wondering how you could possibly have 28 completions but only 12 yards, let me just say... Bryce... uhhh... uhhh... uhhh... finds a way -
My bad, long week brother. Cheers.
-
OK dude, I'm too tired right now to explain to you why you're wrong, so just keep believing that if you want.

In no universe is Higgins signing with the Panthers this offseason. It's more likely that he gives up on football altogether and takes up competitive basket weaving than sign here.

What would a successful game for Young look like?

woah woah woah, let's be realistic here -
Bryce Young will start Sunday vs Broncos

Bryce stat line about to be 25 for 32, 8 yards, 0 INT -
He has the worst AYA for any player starting 18+ games in modern NFL history. He's a dink and dunker, refusing (or unable) to push the ball down the field. And he also takes a ton of sacks. Bad combination.

So a new scout coming in starts off at 20k? that's some McDonalds wages lol

Dianna Russian: several teams interested in Bryce Young
R0CKnR0LLA replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Seen a 4th reported 3 separate times over the last several weeks. Who knows if it's true or not though. Could just be teams or agents creating smoke, or reporters just throwing out BS to fill content. -
Dianna Russian: several teams interested in Bryce Young
R0CKnR0LLA replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Highest offer I've seen reported is a 4th rounder. So teams are interested if we're giving him away for free, but they're not really aggressively going after him. -
XL looks promising and I think he'll end up being a decent pick, but still think Ladd would have been better. Dude is legit.
-
NFC South teams losing is always good for us. Higher draft pick with the SOS tie breaker and what not
-
Nice to see the Ravens come away with a TD, because that holding call was atrocious
-
lmao he had 45 minutes to chill in the pocket and decide what to do then chucks up an INT
-
That's who I wanted this offseason. I said to trade Bryce, bring in Flacco and have an open competition between him and Dalton. Build the rest of the roster with the draft. IMO still the best way to go a year later, but what do I know.

The Carolina Panthers should go back to Bryce Young
R0CKnR0LLA replied to jayboogieman's topic in Carolina Panthers
People are going to keep saying this... until they see him play for a series or two. -
In recent years, teams have really gone crazy chasing and wildly overdrafting QBs. If you have the #1 pick you WILL have some juicy trade offers on the table, I have no doubt about that. If we can get a bunch of picks + Maxx Crosby from the Raiders, while still staying in the top 10... I'm gonna do backflips.

Young to Miami (Trade proposal via fox)
R0CKnR0LLA replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
Imagine Tyreek Hill flying past his defender, ending up wide open 30 yards down field... and then noodle arm Bryce Young trying to get him the ball lol -
taking up a roster spot
