That was one of the worst examples of mismanaging talent I think I've ever seen. After year 1 he looked like he was going to a perennial pro-bowler, at the very least a top end starter. Then they tried to morph him into this ultra-versatile hybrid player that constantly switched between 3 different roles. Then blamed him and threw him under the bus when it didn't work. I'm sure he couldn't clear out his locker fast enough the second his contract was over.

He literally took less money to get away from this franchise and honestly, having a hard time blaming him for it.
