  1. Well he damn sure ain’t a DE yet at 230 lbs or whatever he weighs.
  2. Damn what? Shaq and Smith might be out? That’s not good going against Hunt and Chubb on a rainy day.
  3. Panthers 42 Browns 10 This has been my official score prediction for weeks now and I’m sticking to it. Assuming it’s not a complete wash out weather wise, Mayfield goes for 350+ and 3 or 4 TDs. CMC has a field day with 100 rushing and 100 receiving yards, with 2+ TDs. Browns offense is stuck in neutral with a mediocre Brissett at QB.
  4. I wouldn't say hes a BAD head coach. You don't win NFL Coach of the Year 2 times by being a bad head coach. He just wore out his welcome here, and hes got awful QB's in Washington. Hes not a bad coach though.
  5. Hes DEFINITELY the weak link in our revamped line. Im comfortable with 4/5 the starters with Pat out there. Guess thats better than 1/5 last season.
  6. Damn, most of those numbers are surprisingly good. And you're 100% right - if we even improve to middle of the pack offensively, which I think is easily possible, it will go a very long way to making those numbers even better. Im really excited to see them start playing for real on Sunday!
  7. Ummmmm, sorry sir. Sports betting is illegal in the state of North Carolina. I will not participate in such immoral and debaucherous behavior. For real though, im not even in NC, im in Texas...its illegal here too though. Anybody know where one COULD place a legit bet online if one were so inclined?
  8. The Saints rain game, and the Indy Monday Night Football rain game in 2015 were both fuging epic.
  9. LOL what? Absolutely Mayfield was the better prospect coming out of college. Collins 2 seasons as a starter at Penn State: Jr. Season: 50.8% 1605 yards 13 TDs 11 INTs Sr. Season: 66.7% 2679 yards 21 TDs 7 INTs Mayfields last 2 seasons as a starter in CFB: Jr. Season: 70.9% 3965 yards 40 TDs 8 INTs Sr. Season: 70.5% 4627 yards 43 TDs 6 INTs - Won the Heisman Trophy Its absolutely no comparison
  10. The Browns are on the hook for a quarter billion dollars for Watson one way or the other, so highly unlikely he just goes away any time soon.
  11. Yeah, I never understood that in previous seasons. Why still have CMC in the game when we have a lead, or are getting smashed? If we're just sitting on the ball, running out the clock, let Foreman or Hubbard do it. And if we are way down in the 4th, the same applies. Hopefully they've gotten smarter about this.
  12. They’ve said this same thing since CMC was in his second season and it ends up being that he’s so damn good and so productive that you cannot afford to keep him off the field. But, even a series or so each quarter could add up over 17 games.
  13. What makes you think we’re gonna have an ugly offense?
  14. Panthers 42 Browns 10 Baker goes for nearly 400 yards and 4 TDs. Much rejoicing in Charlotte.
  15. I’m with you bro. I’m willing to let bygones be bygones and see what Rhule can do this year. I just don’t have it in me to hate the man 24-7-365. If he can’t do it with this roster, this year, he won’t be the coach anymore. And if he does, he will continue to be here. Simple as.
  16. Did we ever even have our projected starting 5 out there together once in the preseason?
  17. I think if we go 9-8 or something like that, and Baker puts up those kinda numbers then yes, I would be very happy. That would be an incredible improvement from what we’ve seen the past 3 or 4 years. And would give a lot of hope for the future. I think I would be comfortable with Rhule staying and resigning Baker to a multi year contract at that point. But, that’s a long way from today so we just gotta enjoy the ride and see what happens!
