This is nucking futs. Although I cannot think of many real world use cases for this skill, its very impressive. Most people have trouble throwing a football with 1 hand. This dude can spin it with 2!

With quality QB play. Is this roster ready to go?
joemac replied to iamhubby1's topic in Carolina Panthers
We really have no idea how Rhule will handle a rookie QB, because we've never had a rookie QB under him. He might be the type of guy to just throw him out there Week 1 if he beats Sam out. You never know... -
Kurt Warner on The Herd, talking about our new QB.

Kurt Warner only has sexual intercourse in the missionary position for the sole purpose of procreation. Probably has a bed sheet with a hole cut in it so him and his wife never actually have to touch each other. -

LMAO. In no way, shape or form was Jake a better QB than Warner. Thats absurd, and I love Jake. -
If this doesn’t get you excited about Matt Corral, nothing will

Well adderall is a lot closer to meth than cocaine but they both have similar effects on you. I have done both. -

I believe I have been saying the same thing for a while now. Corral reminds me a lot of a young Aaron Rodgers from when he was coming out of Cal. In fact, Corral is a much more productive, polished overall product when both are compared at the same points in their careers. Obviously that doesn't mean Corral will turn into current Rodgers, as thats probably impossible, but hes got the goods. If he can put the mental side of things together quickly, we will be in good shape. Having a starting QB on a 3rd round rookie contract will go a long way to building this team into a contender. -
CJ Stroud here we come!

This would be by far the most insane, ridiculous, pointless move we could make. It would set this team back 5 years at least. With that being said, I expect them to do it lol. -
I believe the dead cap hit for us, had we traded him this year, would have been ginormous.

Correct team structure has started. Now what?
joemac replied to lightsout's topic in Carolina Panthers
I agree. Also I think the addition of Xavier Woods at S on defense will help shore that up, and we have a couple promising youngsters for the other position. Still have a massive, gaping hole at LB...not sure what they're gonna do there, as Brandon Smith likely will not be ready to start anytime soon. Defense should be good though with getting Horn back, hopefully CJ can make a jump and we know what we have in Donte Jackson. -

34 is not old for the Earth, just old to be running around with 21 year old beasts all day long.

The "Way-too-early" 2022 Drafts from 2021 (It's not what you think/QBs)
joemac replied to davos's topic in Carolina Panthers
Nice. Looks like we may have gotten a steal. Hes naturally a Guard it seems like, and was playing T due to need at Tennessee. People get injured in football, doesn't mean they are injury prone. This information is very promising to me. We can peg him in at RG and get moving. -

What the hell caused him to fall all the way to the 6th round then? Doesn't seem like he had a bad year last year or anything... -
Lol. Some of y’all have a very conspiratorial way of looking at absolutely everything

Well Ben is known for being a very good evaluator of rookie QBs so I’ll go with his opinion. Seems like Fitty and Rhule feel the same. McAdoo may look like a schlub but he’s actually a very good OC. He landed a head coaching gig out of it.

And regardless it’s a 7th rounder on a guy who ran a 4.23. Who cares?

Giants could have severely altered our draft trajectory
joemac replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Whatever. I could not be happier with how it worked out. I’m about positive we were dialed in on either Ickey or Neal however it would have played out. And getting Corral in the 3rd is just icing on the cake.
