They barely played. Our best 2 players, Burns and Luvu didn’t play at all. Calm down.

Yup. The fact that we have fans throwing in the towel, thinking the season is doomed, off of 2 preseason games is hilarious to me.

You hear Frank there at the end? "I'm willing to take it on the chin, and hide some things to get ready for the regular season". They have obviously been as vanilla and plain as they could possibly be. Some teams/coaches scheme the preseason like its the playoffs, some do the least amount possible in the games to not give anything away for the regular season.

Cam drug a bunch of scrubs in college to an undefeated natty, while putting up one of the greatest individual seasons in CFB history. AR went 6-6 and had like 20 total TDs for Florida last year. Cam had one of the most electric rookie seasons of any player in NFL history, without OTAs or anything like that. HIGHLY doubt AR comes out the gate like Cam did. Its really not fair to compare the 2 of them.

Me too. I think he has been fantastic thus far, given what he has had to work with. I hope they give him extended playing time in this last preseason game. At least a half.

Hes more Allen than Newton. Cam was a goddamn tank. He was noticeably bigger on the field than both Allen and Richardson.

Meh. That was decent I suppose. He didn't look to be very accurate, even on the passes he completes. But hes going to be a problem in the zone read game for them until he really figures it out. I think hes super talented, but hes no Cam.

So while it’s definitely concerning what the line has shown thus far, have we done 1 single shift, or protection change, or audible yet? I have watched all of BYs reps and it’s just line up and snap the ball. Isn’t one of his strengths supposed to be getting the O in the right position to succeed pre-snap? I have seen literally not one play of that.

Most all the regular news is compromised trash. Why would sports news be any different?

I am fully focused on the here and now, and moving forward with Bryce. We had a really good run with Cam, something that will probably never be replicated here. Its okay to be nostalgic about what we used to have, but you are right....we need to focus on what we have now, and what we are building for the future. We might as well be an expansion team compared to the Cam days. Completely different everything.

Cams shoulder was ruined chasing a DB down 80 yards after an interception, when KB just stood there like the fat poo he is. Watt was just the final nail in the coffin.

Fox was awful with the Bears, but his QBs were Mike Glennon and Mitch Trubiski lol. Fox was the type of coach who could not win without solid QB play.

Right, it was the first NFL experience for Bryce Young, period and he threw a total of 6 passes (4 of which he completed). Our offensive line was swiss cheese against a defense out there trying to win the Super Bowl in the preseason. Still, when our starters were in it was only 3-0. Preseason is practice and it doesn't count or matter and anybody trying to extrapolate what the real season will be like off 1 preseason game is going to be very disappointed.
