Horn, DJax, Bouye, CJ Henderson, Chinn, Burris

Maybe Luke is sitting at home, thinking to himself "Damn, I really want to come back and play with all this young talent". Maybe a couple years off let him heal all his nagging injuries and he has that fire again to come back and win a title? Yeah, probably not but a guy can dream, can't he? -
Personally I don't think we need to bring in another RB. Hubbard looked the part last game when given the chance (over 5 ypc) and Freeman backs him up, who also had a few good runs. CMC will only be out a game or 2. Just hold the fort and lets see what the rookie's got in a featured role.

Last I saw they were favored by 4.5

Some people on here MASSIVELY over-value future draft picks that are not in the first round.

I agree. Trading a future first round pick to move up to draft Everette Brown was a stroke of genius that we likely will not see around these parts again for quite some time.

NFL Week 3 Game Tape Breakdown by Kurt Warner - Panthers D

I could actually totally see this happening LOL. Either that, or they try to pry Dabo away from Clemson. Although IDK if that fanbase can stomach another college coach with no NFL experience. Most of them are not Matt Rhule.

We are no longer rebuilding. We're competing

The awesome thing is that whatever happens this season is pretty much gravy. Next season, and the following seasons are when we really kick it into high gear. That is when we have a plethora of cap space opening up, and the youngest core in the entire league. Future is so bright here that we all gotta wear shades. We could seriously be building the next great program right here, right now.- 36 replies

You would rather have a 33 year old Richard Sherman than the 9th pick in last years draft? Most CBs notoriously take a while to develop, and scheme is a massive issue. He seems to be a much better man CB than zone. Which happens to be exactly what we run here.

If Fitterer is not named the NFL Executive of the Year in the off-season something is seriously wrong.

Ahhhh yes, you're right. I forgot about Okudah.

Panthers now have the Number 1 CB from both the 2020 and 2021 drafts on their roster. Jesus Christ. What an amazing time to be a Panthers fan! If you are not excited now, you might need to have your pulse checked.

So its not Liz Frank? I hate that bitch. Her and her friend Tommy Jone can go to hell!

You're right - BUT, there is no need to rush him back this year. Broken bones heal, and when they do, they should be back to as strong as before the break. I really don't see any scenario where Horn is back this year.
-
I think by all reports and accounts that Rhule is the anti-Urban Meyer.
-
When Horn eventually comes back, we will have 2 4.39 guys as our starting CBs. Thats dangerous.

We take the top O-Lineman available with our first round pick. Then we use some of that sweet, sweet cap space to bolster the rest of the line. There should be some really talented Guards available in the late 20's to 30's in the first round
