Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if Roger has promised Tepper the same treatment in a year or 2. They are building the Panthers up to be one of the big teams in the league moving forward. These things take time though. Money talks, and Tepper has the most of it in the league.

You know what....after some vodka and some reflection, I ain't even mad. It took all they had and then some to beat us by 1 score. I'm proud of the way our boys battled back after that dreadful 3rd quarter (really gotta clean those up, Rhule). Yes, we got absolutely jobbed by the refs on multiple occasions, but thats not why we lost. We lost because Dallas dominated the line on both sides of the ball. We all knew our O-Line was bad, and it all came to a head yesterday. I think its painfully obvious that they need to concentrate all their resources on building a competent NFL offensive line this off season. The future is still insanely bright around here. Now time to completely destroy Philly next week. Keep Pounding.

I mean Sam is hardly the problem here. He’s a bright spot thus far. 3 straight 300 yard games. 4 total TDs. If we had a competent o line we’d be really dangerous, it unfortunately we’re gonna have to wait until the off season to attempt to fix that. Just a dreadful performance up front today. No other way to slice it.

We’ve gotta break the bank on o line, or hit in the draft. The current situation is untenable.

I hate this idea. Muh “haven’t played anybody yet”. All NFL teams are chock full of NFL players and NFL coaches. They are all incredibly talented. Any NFL team can beat any NFL team. It happens every week. You play who the NFL puts on your schedule, and so far we’ve beaten them all, in convincing fashion each week.

I believe Joseph Goebbels perfected that idea. Tell a lie big enough, enough times and eventually people will accept it as true.

Yep. We need to take advantage of the unique situation of having Horn, Henderson and Chinn on rookie deals for the next few years. This is the perfect time to extend Jackson for 3 years or so and really develop the best secondary in the NFL.

I supposed your right, but at the end of the day, the job of pass blocking is the give the QB time to throw and keep him from getting sacked. With that, there are loads of QBs who've gotten hit and sacked more than Sam thus far this year. I don't think their actual performance on the field justifies them being ranked in their own freaking quadrant in that graph.

I'm sure the players know Newton is a gigantic sperg, just like we all do. I imagine they make fun of him behind his back.
