  1. apparently they don’t have whammies or juju in langfartland
  2. this is your typical sophomore or second year slump kind of thing. the crew came in last year, shook things up a little and had some success. the league has adjusted to what they did, so those things aren’t working anymore. the question is will they now adjust back, and continue to adjust over the years. if yes, we have a keeper. if not, we have the next spurrier or chip kelly. we’ll see. it’s not really that unique a situation.
  3. i don’t know, but i ran into him at a gloryhole once
  4. like a typical insecure tough guy putting on an act, you’re ignoring the topic of discussion for which you have no answer, and slinging canned responses to make yourself feel clever. have fun with that. i can see you’ll never address the actual topic, so i’m done. cheerio!
  5. i see you’re choosing to push the ‘look how cute it is that i’m rich’ line, and ignore the ‘i’m a fan of whoever is successful because i need external validation’ line, which is the part that I was calling out and you have no response to it.
  6. Alice level bragging about free money is one thing. Bring on the countertops and calf pics. Coming on here to show off all your brand new Brady gear and a big bet on the Pats to win the superbowl is an unforgivable offense.
  7. i invited Igo to my apt once, but he opted to hang out at the playboy club instead. asshole.
  8. dude come on here braggadocing about his vacation to vegas, bet on the Pats, and posted pics of his fancy new Brady jerseys for the whole fam. fair weather fan getting what he deserves.
  9. must suck to be so insecure because he lives off daddy’s money and has never done anything worthwhile his entire life to feel good about.
  10. i once crop dusted brentson buckner. he ripped out my spleen.
  11. given the size of a roster compared to the amount of churn caused by injuries and free agency, i think you have to constantly be in both mind sets at all time. you can’t wait for the perfect roster, or that final piece, to say, ok now we’re going to start winning. even if you do get the perfect roster, that may only last a season, or even half a game if you suffer a crucial injury. you practice and play to win with what you have, and you have to constantly be looking to build and get better, and prepare for disaster. separating these two concepts is what gets people stuck in the past or thinking about what ifs.
  12. you actually typed the words “All-Pro LT” and then went on to suggest that they would, in any wild fantasy, trade him.
  13. i seriously doubt anyone believed this OL was the answer, just what they could get at the time. no reason to believe work on the line is done, or that the powers that be are satisfied with what we have.
  14. unfortunately, Scots contribution to this board has devolved to calling other people’s posts dumb.
  15. looks like we weren’t the worst 3-0 team
  16. he looked amazeballs in the 4th when the defense backed off and he had a cleaner pocket. they were hurrying more, so he didn’t have to make reads or progressions. next season, after a year in the offense, i hope to see him have a more complex playbook and make better decisions and progressions on the fly. if he doesn’t show much improvement, then we may be seeing his ceiling.
  17. yeah, if you told me we put up 28, i would have felt good about our D holding them below that.
  18. the thing that bothered me was the DL getting gashed. once or twice, ok, but it happened quite often. i wasn’t expecting to see that.
