    he was using logic. with PJ we’re comparing similar situations, with Darnold we’re not you can’t compare apples to oranges. the last 3 years with the Jets is not the same as this year with the Panthers. it’s a different situation, and we’ll see how he and his play adapt.

    i mean based on his body and size. they want him to be a non-athletic pocket passer who can quickly read the D and abuse their weaknesses, like manning and brady. they don’t want him to be cam/fields multi attack type QBs.

    has to be picking up a true franchise QB for the low price of a second round pick

    even if we expand the list to include arena, which is not what PJ played in, but we’ll assume they are relatively equal, it’s still all of one player. saying PJ was great in the XFL carries as much weight as saying all 6th round draft picks will be as good as Brady.

    it speaks volumes about Grier, yes. says jack poo about PJ. the fact that PJ couldn’t even ‘hold’ off Teddy Two Gloves is what speaks volumes about him. how about sharing the massive list of fans who are wearing Walker jerseys? what? you have to custom make one because it’s not even available? oh, bummer.

    he started a game, but did not have the starting role on the team. he started as the backup because the starter was out. he did not earn the role as the primary starter. big difference

    ummm…yeah. please share with us the vaunted list of XFL QBs who have ever even won a starting role in the NFL, much less played in a playoff game. PS PJ isn’t one of them…
